Mabel (CEO of Attitude, Head of Household) 💅🐾 Mabel is 4 years old and has been with us since August 2023, when we rescued her from the urgent list at the shelter. She is a strong, dominant woman who does not take crap from anyone — including her husband Larry or his best bud Teddy. Equal-opportunity accountability. Mabel is also very quick to talk smack to other dogs as they walk by. Loud opinions. Zero hesitation. She is full of herself, and honestly? She’s earned it. She’s a gorgeous girl and she knows exactly what she brings to the table. Larry and Mabel are a bonded pair, no negotiations. They met in boarding after being rescued a few months apart, and somehow it was fate. He’s the Ricky to her Lucy. She’s prim, proper, and runs a tight ship. He’s the “I’ll chew your ear off while we walk through Home Depot because I love you so much” kind of guy. Together, they are perfection. They both adore people and will greet you with enthusiastic teeth kisses. Larry is also exceptionally skilled at turning himself into a bowling ball and knocking down the pins — and yes, the pin is you. You’ve been warned. 🥴 Mabel and Larry cannot go to a home with other animals, but trust us when we say this: the two of them are more than enough. Meet Buddy – A Gentle Soul Looking for His Perfect Match! Buddy is a senior Ridgeback/Black Mouth Cur mix with a heart full of love and a personality that shines once he feels safe. He may be shy at first and take some time to decompress, but once he’s comfortable, his sweet and gentle nature comes through. Buddy absolutely loves other dogs and enjoys their company. He is both house-trained and crate-trained—in fact, his crate is his happy place! When left alone, he prefers the security of his kennel, and even when his humans are home, he often chooses to relax there with the door open. This lovable senior does well on a leash and would thrive in a quiet, low-energy home with a patient adopter who understands that he needs time to adjust. While he hasn't been around young children, his gentle nature suggests he would be great with them. We don’t know how he is with cats, but he gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Buddy’s favorite toys are anything soft and squishy, and he enjoys the simple comforts of companionship. He would be the perfect match for someone looking for a loving, loyal companion who doesn’t need a high-energy lifestyle. Story
Sybil (aka Sibbi) is an absolute doll of a dog. I love her dearly and it breaks my heart to do so, but unfortunately am unable to take care of her anymore. She is friendly with people, given time to warm up. No problems with kids or other dogs and loves to go to the dog park. The only instances where she has been around cats, she was curious but not aggressive. She is a very timid girl, but once acquainted would love nothing more than to cuddle up with you on the sofa and give you all of the kisses you could possibly ever want. She is house broken and doesn’t chew, minus the occasional Christmas ornament but to be fair, they look like little animals. My only stipulation is that she goes to people that will cherish her. I would be more than happy to set up a time to meet her and get acquainted

✨🐾 Meet Serge 🐾✨ Serge is a 3-year-old bundle of personality who has been in rescue since August 2024. He came to us as an owner surrender—not because he wasn’t loved, but because he was simply too much dog for his previous family to manage. Their loss is absolutely someone else’s gain. Serge is affectionate, friendly, and loves attention and cuddles—but what really sets him apart is that he’s a talker. He has the funniest little voice, and when he gets excited, he curls his lip and flashes his tiny teefs, which is about as adorable as it gets 😄. He loves other dogs and desperately wants to play with them. Sometimes he gets a little mad and frustrated when he can’t—because in Serge’s world, everyone should want to be his friend. He just doesn’t understand that not all dogs share his enthusiasm. Honestly? He’s basically a pint-sized Bon Jovi—same big heart, same joyful energy, same lovable chaos—and both of those boys are pretty amazing. Serge is full of energy and absolutely loves to run and play, so he’d thrive with an active family who can keep up with him. He is also an impressive fence jumper, so a tall, secure fence is a must in his forever home. He is dog-friendly and kid-friendly with older children who can handle his excitement—he may accidentally knock over little ones when he’s overjoyed. We haven’t been able to cat-test him yet, so his feelings on cats are unknown. 📍 Located in Cleveland, TN 🚗 Transport available to other states 💰 Adoption fee: $150 Serge is funny, loving, energetic, and bursting with personality. Nathan is fully vetted and weighs 69 lbs. He's kid friendly 👦👧, but when it comes to other dogs… let’s just say he has very particular tastes 🐕😏. Some pups are instant friends, others… not so much—so a meet & greet is a must! And cats? He’s still figuring out if he’s a “feline fan” 🐱🤔. This energetic, happy boy LOVES to run, play ball, and be the best sidekick ever 🎾🏃‍♂️. He’s always ready for adventure, a game of fetch, or just chilling with his favorite humans. 🍖 Meet Yeti “Spaghetti” 🥰 | The Gentle Cuddlebug Yeti came to us in February 2025 from the urgent list at Animal Control after being picked up as a stray with PARVO. He was very sick when he arrived, but this resilient boy pulled through and is now healthy, happy, and almost two years old! At first, Yeti wasn’t sure how to play with other dogs, but now he loves roughhousing and running around with his best friend Bon Jovi, as well as Amber and Mystic. He adores other dogs and playing with them is one of his favorite things! Yeti is calm, curious, and a little timid with new people, so he takes a bit of time to warm up. Once he does, he’s a big sweetheart who loves cuddles, hugs, and kisses. He’s not much for toys yet—he flinches when they’re tossed—but he’s perfect for snuggles and gentle play. He may be a little too timid for homes with young children. Yeti is fully vetted, leash-trained, and ready to find his forever home. He does have a funny little habit of needing to go to the bathroom on his blankets right after eating, but that doesn’t stop him from being the loving, tender-hearted cuddlebug he is! 📍 Location: Cleveland, Tennessee ✈️ Transport: Available to other states 💰 Adoption Fee: $150
