His story is especially touching — he was found abandoned at the future site of the new animal shelter, patiently waiting beside his belongings for the people who never came back. Despite everything, Loyal’s spirit remains unbroken. He’s incredibly affectionate and just wants to be near his person — whether that’s joining you for a car ride, walking by your side, or curling up close for quiet time. He’s great in the car, friendly with other dogs, and always eager to make new friends. Loyal is the kind of dog who will remind you every day what unconditional love looks like. Weighing around 40–45 pounds, she’s the perfect medium-size pup — still young, still learning, and full of potential. Celeste is incredibly sweet, gentle, and submissive, but shelter life has been overwhelming for her. This old, loud environment is scary, and she isn’t quite sure what to make of it all. She approaches the world with caution right now, but when she realizes she’s safe, you see her whole body relax into the softest, most trusting sweetness. With kindness, patience, and a calm home, Celeste will blossom into the loving, loyal companion she’s meant to be. She just needs someone willing to show her that the world isn’t as frightening as it feels inside a shelter. Celeste would thrive with: • A quiet or moderately calm home • Gentle people who can help her build confidence • A routine that helps her feel safe • A dog friend who can show her the ropes (optional, but she’d likely love it!)
