Story
Sandy Girl came into our lives through adoption, and she has been pure sunshine ever since. She’s an adult pup with just the right balance of wisdom and playfulness — old enough to know the ropes, but with plenty of pep still in her step. Sandy is wonderful with kids and gets along beautifully with other dogs. She brings a calm, loving presence to a home, while still lighting up at the simple joys of life — sunbathing in the yard, chasing rabbits, and snacking on her favorite beef sticks. We’re looking for a home that can give Sandy the safety and freedom she deserves. She absolutely needs a securely fenced yard. Sandy has a bit of an adventurous streak — she’s an escaper and a runner — and her curiosity can get the best of her. A contained outdoor space where she can explore safely will allow her to thrive without risk of injury. If we had to describe her in a few words: Loving. Sweet. Loyal. Playful. Curious. Gentle!

Story
Penny is thriving in her foster home. This gorgeous Catahoula Leopard Dog mix runs twice a week with KB’S K9 Fitness LLC, snuggles like a pro at home, and even curls up under the desk while her foster mom works. She is proving she’s the perfect mix of athlete and cuddlebug. Penny is currently working on her manners around other dogs. She gets very excited to make new friends (she just loves to play!) and is in training to help her stay calm and focused on walks. Because of this, she would do best as the only dog in the home for now while she continues building those skills and learning to share her toys.   If you want a ride-or-die partner who’s insanely intelligent, athletic, and just as sweet and snuggly as she is sporty, apply for Penny through Ring Dog Rescue.   Penny is one very loved girl, and she comes with training support for life!
