Story
If joy had ears, they’d look a lot like Brooklyn Cherry. This happy girl brings the kind of upbeat, feel-good energy that makes everyone around her smile without even trying. She’s always in a good mood, always ready for fun, and those expressive ears just add to her already irresistible charm. Beyond her adorable looks, Brooklyn Cherry is incredibly smart, dog friendly, loves her toys, and strikes that perfect balance between playful adventure buddy and snuggly companion. Watch her video and fall in love with her amazing personality: https://youtu.be/U_TBkOb-19M?si=Nl3KaCKo5UAzVATy Brooklyn Cherry is believed to be a Shepherd mix approximately 1-2 years old and currently weighs 60 lbs. She is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. Just based off looks, there are sprinkles of so many amazing breeds that it's hard for us to narrow it down without doing a DNA test (which we would love to see if her future adopters do one). We can see Rhodesian Ridgeback with her coloring and frame, along with German Shepherd with those ears, and with legs like that, she may even have Great Dane sprinkled in there too. We may never know, but regardless of what her DNA says, she is the perfect blend in our eyes. Brooklyn is dog friendly and gets along well with other dogs who enjoy and can match her play style. She’s the “roughhousing in the yard” kind of girl -playful and physical, and so much fun to watch. When dogs are confident and enjoy that same type of play, she thrives. Brooklyn has made some wonderful dog friends who she plays beautifully with. You can see her big goofy grin and those paws in the air and know she is having a blast! Brooklyn would do best in a home with a moderately playful dog that likes to play and one that also likes to hangout and relax. If you don't have other dogs, that's okay too! She would be great as a solo dog as she does not need the constant play to keep her entertained or the companionship to help her open up and be comfortable. Brooklyn is a happy social butterfly all on her own and she would love to be the center of your world. Her basics are already solid too! Brooklyn is fully potty and crate trained, and a quick learner. She already knows some basic commands, like sit and has a pretty decent recall already. Brooklyn is fairly easy to walk on a leash and will be a great adventure buddy! She does pull occasionally out of excitement or if she wants to go sniff something but is easy to correct. She aims to please and loves to learn new things too. She knows how to sit, shake, down, and can learn so much more. This girl really can do it all. With the right training and guidance, there’s nothing you can throw her way she wouldn’t be able to do. She would be the perfect adventure companion to take with you on walks, hikes, and could even make a fantastic running partner. Yes, Brooklyn can be a super fun, active, adventurous girly but she also has a calm side as well. She seems to already have some level of understanding that play time is an outside luxury. Of course, she will play indoors with a toy or tennis ball if you want her to but she is really good about finding a spot on the couch with her favorite toy and is perfectly content doing her own thing. Brooklyn's dream home would have a big backyard where she can stretch those legs, smell all the smells, and a place where she can find that perfect spot in the grass to bake in the sun. She would do best with a semi-active family that wants to take their dog with them on hikes, maybe even looking for a running partner, and also wanting a snuggly companion after a full day of adventures. She can certainly do both after she's had some form of mental stimulation. We are willing to test Brooklyn Cherry with anything you need in order to ensure it's a perfect match. We can make anything happen! Just let us know. Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? Story
Shredder may have a fierce name, but this little guy is really just a goofy, lovable puppy who lives for playtime and attention. This Catahoula Leopard Dog and Pitbull mix boy is around four months old and full of personality. First things first, you should definitely watch their video: https://youtu.be/J-CijmQWwyA?si=ktlOgEK9YNi9Of5m It perfectly captures their playful, silly puppy energy. Shredder is very, very extremely playful and loves wrestling and tumbling around with his siblings. Their games can get pretty wild, and they actually play pretty rough with each other in that joyful puppy way. Because of that, they need to go with owners who will be good and ready to help guide them as they grow. Shredder is the kind of puppy who seems to wake up excited about life. Every toy is the best toy ever. Every room is a new place to explore. Every sibling is a potential wrestling partner. He’s playful, curious, and always ready for a good time, but he also has a very sweet side. He enjoys attention from people and will happily soak up pets when he’s taking a break from his busy puppy schedule. Shredder will do best in a home ready for an active, playful puppy and excited about helping him grow into the wonderful dog he’s meant to be. Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? Story
Tawny is proof that sometimes the sweetest things come in tiny puppy packages. At only 3 months old, this adorable little boy is already stealing hearts everywhere he goes. He has a wonderful personality that combines playful puppy fun with a calm, loving nature. He’s the kind of puppy who can make you laugh with his silly antics one minute and melt your heart with his sweet cuddles the next. Tawny is a happy puppy who genuinely enjoys life. He loves exploring new things, playing with toys, and spending time with the people around him. Every day is an exciting new adventure, and he approaches it all with enthusiasm and curiosity. He is also doing an amazing job with his training. Tawny is learning commands and making great progress with potty training. He is eager to learn, eager to please, and eager to be the very best boy he can be. His intelligence and willingness to learn will make continuing his training a rewarding experience for his future family. One of the things people love most about Tawny is his sweet temperament. He is playful without being overwhelming and affectionate without being demanding. He enjoys attention, loves being pet, and is always happy to spend time with his people. He has a gentle, loving nature that makes everyone who meets him fall a little bit in love. Because Tawny is expected to grow into a medium-to-large-sized dog, he would do best in a home with a securely fenced yard where he can run, play, and safely burn off puppy energy. He is going to grow into a big, beautiful dog who will appreciate having space to stretch his legs and enjoy outdoor fun. Tawny is at such a wonderful stage in life. He is learning about the world, building confidence, developing his personality, and getting ready for the next chapter of his journey. What he needs now is a family to guide him through it all. The family lucky enough to adopt Tawny will get to watch him grow from a sweet little puppy into a loyal, loving best friend. They’ll get the puppy kisses, the goofy moments, the adventures, the cuddles, and all the special memories that come with raising a wonderful dog. Tawny is ready to start that journey with a family of his own. Could that family be yours? Looking for a professional cuddler who doubles as a world class playmate? Meet the girl who is ready to turn your home into a nonstop festival of belly rubs and tail wags! https://youtu.be/y1boHfjcpps If sweetness were a sport, this girl would have a gold medal around her neck! She’s the ultimate cool girl who wins over every human she meets with a little wiggle and a lot of heart. While she might start off a tiny bit shy, one treat is all it takes to unlock her goofy, love bug personality. Get ready for a dog who doesn’t just live with you; she celebrates you every single day! This girl is the definition of a velcro dog in the very best way. She is a dedicated shadow who prefers to be wherever you are, whether you’re folding laundry or finally finishing that book. She isn’t necessarily looking to hike across the country; she's more of a map out the best spot on the rug kind of girl. If you’re looking for a companion who prioritizes quality time and indoor snuggles, you’ve found your match. While we’re always playing a fun guessing game with rescue breeds, we believe Gracie is a Catahoula mix! She has a beautiful white and brindle coat that is truly captivating; it’s the kind of coat you can’t look at just once, as you’re constantly discovering new patterns and variations in her stripes. Weighing in at a solid 56lbs, she’s compact enough to be your favorite plus one for errands, yet has a heart that’s clearly oversized! She’s the ideal size for someone who wants a buddy who fits comfortably on the sofa next to them. She is currently thriving in a foster home where she’s already proving what a star student she can be. Gracie is gentle and patient, she is also kid-friendly, making her a wonderful addition to a home with children. She’s familiar with her crate and settles down beautifully. She’s a dream in the house, calm, focused, and very respectful of her boundaries (and her snacks!). Whether it’s a car ride to the park or a quiet evening in, she’s just happy to be part of the family. When it comes to other dogs, she is an absolute rockstar! She handles leash greetings with total grace and is always down for a game of tag with her canine friends. She’s a very balanced girl who gets along with almost everyone. She’d be a fantastic addition to a home with an existing dog who wants a playful, easygoing sister to romp around with. She is also a devoted soul who is more than happy to thrive as your one and only, soaking up every bit of your attention. The jury is still out on whether Gracie’s a cat person, but she’s definitely got the curiosity! To make sure it’s a purrfect match, she’s ready to have a supervised sleepover with a feline. It would be the best way to see if she and a kitty sibling can become the ultimate besties. Don’t have a massive backyard? No problem! This girl is the ultimate apartment candidate. She’s easy to exercise and knows exactly how to flip the off switch once she’s indoors. Her foster mom says she’s happiest just hanging out and cuddling, making her the perfect neighbor. Her ideal home is anywhere her favorite person happens to be! In short, she’s a sensitive soul with a love for other dogs, and a serious talent for belly rubs. She’s the loyal, easy to love companion you’ve been dreaming of, wrapped up in a sweet, wiggly package.
