Hi there! My name is Bubba and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I'm a 2 year old, male, Rottweiler mix who came to SB Humane in search of a new caring home. I am the biggest goofball around (I say this with pride!). If I'm not prancing around in a yard playing with my toys, I'm laying in my bed on my back with my paws in the air. I love fetch, probably almost as much as I love my food. Social settings are my place to be, I love meeting new people and new dogs - as far as I'm concerned, everyone is my friend. When I'm not being silly, I enjoy quality time with my people. Belly rubs and chest scratches are a must! I'm the perfect companion if you want someone who's a mix of adventurous and lazy. Interested in meeting me? Adoption Centers are open daily 12-4:30pm, closed Wednesdays. Adoptions are on a first-come first served basis. For more information please email Adopt@SBHumane.org or call 805-964-4777. When I am adopted, I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. My adopters will receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home. Our adoption fees help support our community programs and the next animal who needs our help!

Looking for a big, goofy, ready to enjoy life kind of dog? Stuart is your boy. He is playful, silly, athletic - but not competitive (he's more of a leisure sports kind of dogs - you know, hiking, bike rides, trips to the beach, etc). He is social and friendly with other dogs, but does not need them in his life to be happy. He is still a giant puppy in some ways, but his foster is working on helping him with basic manners. To know this goofball is to love him. He's not perfect, but then again who is?
