Ozzy is an approximately 4 year old, Rottweiler mix. He is a handsome, regal looking young fella, full of playful energy. He overcame parvo like a champ when he was just a teensie puppy. His handsome, no-nonsense look may fool you into believing he is a guy who only likes to chill but he is all play! And he especially loves to collect rocks! His absolute favorite activity is swimming! He just loves water! Ozzy is a bit picky about who his dog pals will be but he loves people! He is the perfect sidekick to any of your adventures! He’d do great as an only dog and with older children. All current AND previous pets (cats and dogs) MUST be up to date on vaccines and be spayed/neutered. Please check with your landlord, if you rent, for breed and weight restrictions before applying. We do not allow visitors unless you are an approved adopter. But dogs like Laika are resilient and they will bond again they just need their chance to meet new humans to care for. Laika has so much love to give. She lives for human companionship. She thrives in a home setting so adjusting to our ranch environment has been a little hard for her. Thankfully her time in doggie daycare while adopted has given her the positive social skills she needed to live with dozens of other dogs in our rescue ranch setting but still Laika wants her own home. Laika started her journey with us in 2022 as a tiny 6 week old underage puppy. She and her littermates were all almost identical in looks and had all been dumped when a Good Samaritan brought them into the shelter. We pulled the whole litter and they all quickly came down with parvo. Every puppy was a fighter and every puppy survived under the medical care of our vets. Laika finally found an adoptive family at 4 months old. That family sadly a year later had their own medical complications and Laika came back into our care. This sweet girl has been through a lot but she’s ready to start over and find a new home. During her time with us we have discovered that she suffers from a seizure disorder. Thankfully seizures in dogs are easily controlled with medication and our vet has gotten her started on the meds she will now take for life. Laika has so much love to give we are hopeful her disorder doesn’t deter future adopters. It really is so easy to treat and Laika deserves to have a family to love imperfections and all. If they’re looking for a dog friendly walking buddy who’s great on leash, if you’re looking for a super affectionate girl who has some house skills from her time adopted Laika just might be the dog for you. Sex: MaleBreed: Doberman Pincher xEstimated Date of Birth : 08/18/2024Smiles for days!!!! That’s what you’re going to get with happy go lucky Binx. He’s pretty much happy no matter what. He was happy at the shelter and he’s been happy since arriving at our rescue ranch. He’s just one of those dogs who’s happy to be alive! His joy is infectious and we feel every ounce of that happiness to the bottom of our souls. Such a joyful dog it’s unbelievable to think he almost didn’t get his chance….Binx, like so many medium and large dogs, was picked up as a stray. He spent a month at the shelter waiting for his family to come or for a new family to take interest but no one ever did. This happy boy was then sadly placed on the euthanasia list. No interest in a shelter environment is basically a death sentence and Binx didn’t have much time left to find an out. We gave him the shelter exit he so desperately needed and this sweet boy has brought all his joy and enthusiasm to our rescue he ranch. Binx is just an all around happy and good dog. He’s been great with every dog we’ve introduced him to and he’s loved every human he’s met. He even tested well with kitties. Binx is very sweet and affectionate, has decent manners and awesome dog to dog communication skills. He’s ready to find a home and family just as happy and carefree as he is.
