Supposedly poor Mutt Mutt was tied to a tree and mistreated by people and children. To this day Mutt Mutt is extremely afraid of strangers and needs time, love and understanding before she trusts a new person. Once she knows and trusts someone, she is the most loving and affectionate dog, full of fun energy. She absolutely loves to play tug of war and shakes the toy wildly when she succeeds. Once properly introduced she he gets along great with other dogs and loves to play with them. She truly will bring love and fun into the life of whomever adopts her, but does need an experienced dog person because of her mistrust of strangers. Tairn is a BIG goofy love bug. Approximately 2yrs old. He was found with 4 other Rottweilers that were abandoned in a California desert. With Shelters and rescues overwhelmed and having no extra room, a few of us went out a secured these with a temporary foster. They were held for the mandatory stray hold 14 day period and no owners stepped forward. Tairn has a very excitable personality with high energy. He needs a Rottie experienced owner/home who can continue with his basic training manners. No small kids, small dogs. or cats. Will be an awesome addition to an active family/home. No out of state adoption will be considered.

She is currently working on basic leash manners, but will need a family or person to be committed to following through with her training needs. Truffles is looking for a active home. Toffee is a amazing beauty. Approx. 3 or 4 yrs old. Friendly, lovable and very active. Toffee has loved everyone she has met so far. Good with male med/ lg dogs, no small dogs or cats. Toffee is very excitable and active so it is best she is not in a home with small children. Toffee was found in a So Cal desert with 3 other Rottweilers. She came in with Tairn. We do not know their history or why they were dumped out alone in the middle of the desert, but she has been nothing but a joy since arriving in our care. Toffee will need an experienced Rottie owner or family that is committed to her care and safety, along with continuing her training. She is currently working basic leash manners and acceptable indoor behavior.

He is lovable and enjoys playing with Toffee, as they were found as a duo running together. We were relinquished by a backyard breeder and had very little socialization so people were very scary for us. The trainer has spent lots of time helping us learn to trust people and we are now ready to find a home with owners who will love us for the rest of our lives. I am considered the sweetheart of the group. I love getting treats, having my butt scratched, and giving nose boops and kisses. I would like to be your couch companion and just hang out with you as much as I possible. Joint supplement and daily walks will keep me healthy and happy. Hiya, I'm Loving! I am a large 10-yr old Rottweiler mix. My "brothers" Bailey, Bashful, and Baby and I are some of the rescues longest residents. We were relinquished by a backyard breeder and were never socialized with people. This beautiful guy is Chili who was rescued in the knick of time from the Downey shelter in LA.Chili is very sweet and playful, but can easily get over stimulated and gets very excited when meeting a new person and starts jumping. Chili is in need of someone who can give him the exercise he needs and can handle his very exuberant personality. Therefore we are looking for a very calm, alpha human who can be a leader to him, preferably with Boxer experience. We are looking for a home for him where he will be the only pet with no children. Once he knows you Chili is actually is a very loving and affectionate guy who loves to play, really likes toys and loves to play fetch. He walks on the leash like an angel but gets excited when he seed other dogs, but gets along fine when meeting them. Chili is neutered, chipped, and up to date on all routine vaccinations. He is about 5 years old and weighs 65 pounds.
