Meet Kaylee! This sweet girl was brought to us with her 5 puppies, Brock, Bravo, Brax, Brigg, and Britt. Fill out an application to give this Rottweiler mix a furever home! To meet one of our adoptable pets or to start the adoption process, please access the adoption application on our website, www.crossroadsanimalrescue.org or download and email it to crossroadsanimalrescuesc@gmail.com. We will then approve you (sending in the application does not obligate you to adopt) and we can set up a time for you to meet one or more of our pets. You can then pay the adoption fee and officially adopt after meeting your new family member. Alternatively, you can do the adoption over the phone before meeting your new pet. The benefit to this is that we will hold the pet for you. However, the adoption fee is non-refundable if you changed your mind after adopting over the phone. Most of our pets are obtained from animal control and therefore we are not certain of their breed or breed mix. We list breed mixes that they most resemble or that their former owners said they were. However, we don't make any guarantees about breed - it is a best guess! Our adoption fees include the spay/neuter surgery, deworming, vet exam, and up to date vaccines. It also includes microchipping as well as heartworm testing or feline leukemia testing. We are happy to adopt out-of-state (and even out of the country!) but transportation for the adopted pet is the responsibility of the new pet owner. After business hours, the only way to contact CARE is via email. Our puppies and kittens are also eligible for 10% off the rest of the vaccines in their puppy/kitten vaccination series at Crossroads Animal Hospital. Most adult pets are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Puppies and kittens may have the surgery before adoption or we may have new owners return later for the surgery. It was a heartbreaking decision, but now this big love bug is looking for his next forever family. First things first. Buddy Blue is ADORABLE. The kind of adorable where you see his face and immediately want to smooch it. And honestly… you probably will. Buddy is a 2-year-old Husky/Rottie mix and weighs in at about 100 pounds of pure love. In Buddy’s mind he is also approximately 12 pounds and definitely a lap dog, so if you’ve been wishing for a giant cuddle buddy, congratulations. You’ve found him. He’s already fully vetted and ready to go home, and since he’s always lived with a family, he’s really missing that home life. A couch, some belly rubs, and a human to lean on would make his whole world. Buddy gets along great with other dogs, and he does well with kids too.
