Story
Carl is the epitome of a big goof ball! Very playful and makes silly faces :) He can be a bit much sometimes and gets a little too rough with jumping and getting mouthy. Things we are working on in training. He does okay around other dogs in our group training class, but we have not let him come up to them or engage in play sessions. With his current foster, he's only been around teenagers and that's good for him. They help him get his energy out with games of tug of war and fetch while being big enough to handle him if he gets jumpy. This love bug hates his crate......throws a tantrum like a 2-year-old. We're also working on this in training. Loves being outside and is constantly going in and out through the doggy door to see what the neighbor dogs are up to. He likes walks but needs work on his leash skills. Who wouldn't want this guy, right??? DNA results: 55% Rottweiler 18% American Staffordshire 15% Siberian Husky 10% American Pit Bull Terrier 1% Chow Chow FREE TRAINING IS INCLUDED FOR HIS LIFETIME! Adoption fee is $150. Apply to adopt

If you like Rottweilers, then you will love Brandie. She is a little bit older 8 years old we think and weighs in at 75 pounds. She was found behind Walmart and then Festus Animal Control picked her up. My vet asked if we could take her in and I couldn't say no. Brandie is very sweet and good with other dogs. She is house broke and crate trained, not sure if she really needs to be crated. She likes to lay in her dog bed and sleep or relax. She really is a sweetheart. Brandi may have recently lost one eye, however that just makes her senses more focused to sniff out a happy meal. She will need eye drops for the rest of her life for her remaining eye.  She is an e xtremely gentle big dog, that is kind and wants love. However, when a happy meal is near, she isn’t afraid to help herself to her human foster siblings. She’s your girl if you’re looking for an older gal that loves to snuggle and always be nearby. She would prefer if you’re willing to share your snacks though. If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Brandie’s adoption fee is $295.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter. Tango is a 3‑year‑old Boxer mix who came to us from a crowded shelter’s euthanasia list. He’s a tall, lean goofball with big boxer energy, very food motivated, and loves people. He’s best buddies with other playful dogs like Linus, but he’s still learning manners and impulse control, so he’ll need a home that can handle his enthusiasm and keep working on his training. He is kid-friendly, stranger-friendly, and seems to be small animal/cat-friendly. He is very energetic and jumps when excited, so little kids may not be best, but he could likely be trained to greet them appropriately. FREE TRAINING IS INCLUDED FOR HIS LIFETIME! Fee is $150.
