If you like Rottweilers, then you will love Brandie. She is a little bit older 8 years old we think and weighs in at 75 pounds. She was found behind Walmart and then Festus Animal Control picked her up. My vet asked if we could take her in and I couldn't say no. Brandie is very sweet and good with other dogs. She is house broke and crate trained, not sure if she really needs to be crated. She likes to lay in her dog bed and sleep or relax. She really is a sweetheart. If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Brandie’s adoption fee is $295.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter. His behavior is all guard dog - so expect barking if a stranger is at the door or outside of your fence. At home with his family he’s a sweet boy but still energetic and working on proper manners. He cuddles well and likes affection. Nino also likes to run around the house with your socks and shoes, but doesn’t chew them up. He just likes to carry things. He is dog friendly with males and females - even has an 8lb best friend. Nino loves to play tug of war with people and play with the other dogs in the house, and otherwise will lay and chew a bone or sunbathe.
