My name is Murphy. I was listed before, but our landlord let me stay at an additional charge. Now the apartment complex changed owners & I must leave. My owner is heart broken. I am 3 yrs old & came from the spca when I was 14 months old. I'm a playful puppy & need alot of attention. Mom says I'm to big to sit on her lap, but dad let's me. I play with my human children, we play hide & seek. I always win. I love to run & go for daily walks. Please consider me for adoption.

Story
Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.Patty is a 6 month old, 60 pound Rottweiler with a very happy personality.  She is super quiet, no unnecessary barking at the wind.  She is learning to walk on a leash but she is shy.  She needs some work but she likes hanging with her humans and very curious about things so getting her to a point that you would like should not be hard. She has been spending her time playing with her sister Paisley and friend Kirby also available for adoption.  She loves to play with toys and the other dogs in the foster home, big and small.   Patty came to my home as a 2 day old newborn with her pure breed mother Fia.  Fia has been adopted already and now Patty needs to find her forever home.  We do not know who daddy is but Patty looks like a pure breed Rottweiler, she has a tail. We do transport across the United States.  Thank you for looking.   ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls.  We will reply to you.  Thank you.         September 24, 2023, 8:27 am

Story
Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.You guessed it, we named her Sweetie because she is so deserving of that name, too sweet and loving. This 5 year old young girl just wants to be loved and hang around you, she craves human attention and I am giving her all I can. But she has to share with the other foster dogs here. Sweetie is good about sharing and happy to live with her foster siblings big and small. She gets along with everything and everyone. I do not have cats so I do not know about them. Sweetie weighs 56 pounds right now but she was thinner when I got her. She needs to put on a few more pounds but she is a petite size Rottweiler. Sweetie came to my attention by some out of town visitors, she kept going into the hotel they were staying and laying on the cool floor. We are in San Antonio, Texas and we are having a very hot summer. The visitors fed her for a few days and reached out to me for help. Before I could get over there to get her, ACS, our very high kill shelter picked her up . Turns out Sweetie had a microchip so ACS contacted her owners to pick her up, they never came and Sweetie ended up on death row simply because he owners abandoned her. I immediately pulled her from the facility and brought her into my home. She was confused at first and didn't know how to act but it was clear that she really appreciated the love and attention, she gobbled it up. Sweetie has adjusted and really ready for her own home. Sweetie is spayed, vaccinated, rabes, dewormed and microchipped under my rescue and healthy. She has a lot more life to live, can you be her hero? Her medical records will come with her. Thank you. Story
Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.Meet Max, 3.5 years old, weighs 88 lbs, he has a beautiful shinny coat and a total sweetheart heart. Max is a mild and mellow gentlemen who just wants a family or single person to be his buddy. His activity level is normal but he loves to go on works and play around. He walks very well on a leash, does not pull, he is happy to just enjoy getting out. He has been around teenagers and adults. Max is very well behaved, takes treats very gently, knows how to sit and give you his paw. He is quiet and very low maintenance. I cannot say enough good things about this boy.I listed that his attitude is unknow towards dogs because he has not been around other dogs that often and when he did a family member brought over there dog and Max got jealous when the dog tried to get too much loving from the owner. As far as cats go, Max has been around them and ignored them but he has also showed interest in them and gone after them but not in a threatening way. Max needs a new home because his owners are working more hours and leaving Max to occupy himself for long hours. Once they get home, Max goes to the door, gets his leash and lets them know he wants to go for a walk. Max is completely house trained and potty trained. He can be left in the house along, he has never been crated and there is no need to confine him. This guy is obedient.I can provide other pictures of him.He is up to date on all vaccinations and is heartowrm negaitve. His medical records will come with him at the time of adoption. Story
Hello, I am a Rottweiler lover and I met this female dog and desperately want to help her.  She is in a terrible situation.  Her owner has a very bad heart condition and KOBE is being crated at a homeless shelter but in very much danger of being euthanized if placement is not found soon.  KOBE has lived in a home for a few months with a 10 year old girl but she does not interact with the child.  I would recommend that not be in a home with small kids under 15 years old.  I also suggest that she be the only dog in the home as she gets very excited when meeting other dogs and she does not know what to do with them.  KOBE was attached by a pack of dogs and she is fearful of them.  I introduced her to 2 other very calm yet playful Rottweilers and she was curious about them but reactive. Now those are the bad things to just be honest.  I feel she is a good dog for an experienced Rottweiler person and I really believe that KOBE does not deserve to be put down.  She knows 'Sit', she loves the car ride without getting sick and she walks on the leash with a little pulling.  She has a female owner right now and behaves for her and really adores her.  We had a man on site at the meet and greet and she was not intimidated at all so a male owner is good.  She needs someone who will be patient with her and willing to work with her, she is still a puppy at 1 1/2 years old.  She weighs 76 pounds and still growing.  Would someone please consider giving this young manageable girl a chance at having another home?  More pictures available.  Thank you.
