Intake Reason: Surrendered, not enough time.Weight: 84 pounds Known with: ·Cats: Unknown ·Dogs: Kept to self in calm playgroup; does well in WCHS playgroups ·Kids: Exposed to 2yrs & 4yrs - goodFun Facts About Me:•I lived with a person for a short time and was so respectful in the home that I was allowed to roam freely when I was alone and at bedtime•I was even allowed on my person’s bed to sleep but also had a cozy bed of my own on the floor where I could snooze•I have been exposed to a 2-year-old and 4-year-old small humans and was good•My person knew I needed to use the outside facilities when I would start pacing around•I enjoyed going on walks but must confess I need a little practice to not pull on the leash•I have my active moments but am considered a ‘Moderate Marvin’ so I shouldn’t need to run a marathon each day•I am a friendly, playful and affectionate gal•When I am in playgroup with calm pooches, I mostly keep to myself; I prefer polite and respectful dogs who are not pushy•I am an intelligent girl and already know the cues for ‘sit’, ‘down’, ‘paw/shake’ and ‘stay’; I like to keep my brain busy and active#2

Story
Do you love Rottweilers? Do you love a good walking partner? Do you love giving ear scratches or belly rubs? Then you might be a fit for me, Sadie Lou Who. I`m around 55 lbs, and a medium to high energy girl that loves play time and long walks! I do get excited when I play, so I prefer children over the age of 10 and no cats in my home. I can be dog selective, but that`s only because I want the perfect playmate, so I just need a proper introduction, then we are off to play! I`ve got the best butt wiggles when I`m excited and I am very treat motivated!I`m looking for the right family to take me home and love me, but eager to learn some new tricks! You can also watch for stories, pictures and videos about me on our Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/JrsPupsNStuffInc Ask to meet me today!!Adoption fee: $500All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations. As required by Wisconsin Act 90, all dogs will have received a veterinarian exam (CVI) within the past 30 days. Our adoption process requires the submission of an online application at JRsPupsNStuff.org. I am 132lbs of love, and ready for my new forever home! I would prefer a home where I`m the only dog as I struggle to share my people with other dogs, but I do great at dog parks and social situations! I`m cat friendly, and would do best with older kids as sometimes I don`t know my size! I`m crate and house trained and know basic commands. Ask to meet me today or apply today! You can also watch for stories, pictures and videos about me on our Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/JrsPupsNStuffInc Ask to meet me today!! Story
Meet Lenny! Lenny is a goofy boy who loves his people and loves a good game of fetch. Lenny lives up to his Rottweiler tendencies so he would do best with a home that has done research on the breed. Lenny knows ‘sit’ and ‘down’. Lenny does have some quirks which can be discussed with potential adopters. Lenny’s preferred home would be with kids older than 13+ and can respect his boundaries. Lenny is still awaiting a foster or forever home, so his housetrained skills are unknown. Adopt a Pet from Mutt Life! Looking to add a furry friend to your family? At Mutt Life Rescue of Wisconsin, we have loving pets waiting for their forever homes. Explore our adoptable animals and find your perfect match today! For the latest updates on the mutts, follow us on Facebook: @muttlifewi Visit our website: Muttlife.org __________ Chloe is a bright, joyful soul who’s been waiting far too long for her forever home. She’s a very happy girl with a big heart—and she’s not shy about showing it! She loves water—splashing around is when her playful personality really shines. Chloe is great with kids and other dogs. She’s very social, though her play style is big and rowdy, so she’d do best with other dogs who enjoy that kind of rough-and-tumble fun. Chloe is kennel-trained, listens well, and is good on leash (especially with a little consistent practice). She’s very smart and highly trainable—she already responds well to corrections, even when she’s tempted to chase the cats. Chloe is an easy keeper who just wants to belong. Shelter life hasn’t dampened her spirit, but she’s been overlooked again and again. She deserves so much more. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who will bring joy, laughter, and lots of tail wags to your life, please consider applying to foster or adopt Chloe. With an approved foster or adopter, Chloe will be able to leave the shelter and get the chance she truly deserves. Without a commitment, Chloe has to stay put. She’s ready to be someone’s everything. Apply to foster or adopt: www.muttlife.org Breed: Boxer Mix Age: 1 year Gender: Female Size: 55 lbs Spayed/Neutered: Yes Potty Trained: Yes Crate Trained: Yes Leash Manners: Yes, keeps improving Good with other dogs: Yes, big dogs preferred Good with cats: Yes Good with kids: Yes __________ Adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter procedure, up-to-date dewormer, vaccinations, heartworm prevention (age appropriate), and certified veterinarian inspection within 30 days of adoption. __________ Review adoption requirements and ensure you meet the necessary criteria to apply! https://www.muttlife.org/adoption-policies _________ ADOPTION PROCESS: 1.) Apply: Fill out an adoption application completely and submit all necessary documents. 2.) Application Decision: approved applicants will be notified via phone call and email. 3.) Foster-to-Adopt Trial Period: After approval, you have the opportunity to do a meet and greet and bring your dog home! You get a 5-day foster-to-adopt (FTA) period to make sure it's the right fit. 4.) Final Decision: By the end of the FTA period, please let us know your final decision to adopt or return the dog to our rescue. 5.) Home Visit: After the adoption process, we conduct a home visit either in person or via Zoom meeting to ensure that everything is going well with the transition and to answer any final questions you may have. 6.) Neuter/spay for puppies: for dogs who are not fixed at the time of adoption, we will reimburse for the procedure once we receive proof of spay/neuter. The procedure MUST be done at HAWS Snip Clinic in Waukesha, WI, or Wisconsin Community Veterinarian Center in Madison, WI. If you would like to go through your veterinarian or another location, we will reimburse $150 once we receive proof of the procedure. We recommend spay/neuter around 6 months old. **Note: Adoptions are not considered final until the dog is neutered/spayed if applicable**
