Russian Blue kittens & cats in Bridgeport, Connecticut

Special needs kitty, 6-yr-old TC is a beautiful cat with the prettiest golden eyes. She is quiet, a little shy, moderately playful, & an easy, mellow girl. She is spayed, vetted, and she does not have front claws. Sadly she is FIV +. Has a congenital deformity of both rear legs that is not easily operable and been evaluated medically and they could not find any pain. She gets around with no problem despite her distorted walk, has no issues at all using her litter box, and it doesn't stop her from playing! TC likes petting and will roll around in front of you, smush her head in the palm of your hand, but DOES NOT always like her back petted and will tell you! al. PLEASE dont let any of this stop you! She is a sweet girl & just wants a loving home to relax in. TC's elderly owner has medical issues that are interfering with their ability to keep TC safe so we are seeking a home that will accept her for who she is. Never been around other animals. Smoky is a man of mysteries. He is a big boy with an even bigger personality. He is comfortable with other cats/kittens, but prefers his space. He has met the foster family dog and had little interest or concern. He would be wonderful as an only cat/companion animal because he does love attention.  He's very affectionate! He loves to take naps in beams of sun, and doesn't really play that much. A quiet, chill house would be great for this guy. Smoky is FIV+ and had stomatitus. To treat this autoimmune disease, his teeth were removed and he's done much better without them. He's a good eater and loves his friskies.  We estimate his birth year to be 2017. Smoky was abandoned by his "family", who moved and left him behind. He remained in the neighborhood where he returned to his home each night and sat on the porch. We discovered his situation when a neighbor called about a colony of community cats they were feeding. Our required adoption donation is $150 per kitten or $125 per cat (older than 9 months). All our rescues are up to date on shots, microchipped, tested for FIV/FeLV/Heartworm (Smoky is FIV+). They are dewormed, treated for parasites and free of fleas. Each is spayed or neutered and given a rabies vaccination.  An application must be completed to be considered to adopt from Stray HELP. Hi I’m Smokey. You know they say cats have 9 lives? Well I used 3 of mine already. First I fell off a ledge, then I ended up in a city shelter on the euthanasia list and then I got diagnosed with deadly FIP but received treatment and now I’m cured and healthy. I have 3 legs and since my bout with FIP I miss the litter box and my owners tried everything and they can’t keep me. I really deserve a home. I’m so sweet and great with other cats.   Rocky 2 is one lucky fella! He was found with his siblings in Queens, crossing the street back and forth, looking for his next meal. Now that he’s safely indoors, he’s ready for his next chapter! This street-savvy 5-month-old is very sweet but kind of scared right now—he can be handled but he hasn’t quite learned how to give and accept cuddles. That’s why Rocky 2 would do best in a home with another cat and a patient person who’ll help him bring out his affectionate side! Please note that Rocky 2 is not hypoallergenic. ##1832051##
