Story
Evie, FiFi, Minnie, Frankie, Figaro and Jeeves are some of the cutest, biggest eyed babies we’ve ever seen. Born the first week of August (approximately), these sweet babies are looking for their forever homes. We were notified of 2 momma cats (1 only had 1 kitten, Minnie) that were left outside of an apartment complex, tiny as can be. When the good Samaritan who found them went back, they were gone. She kept looking, and one day she was able to find them on the side of a building, thankfully all alive and thriving. We immediately took them in, and these chunks have not been short a meal. They are getting used to human contact and are loving it. Their mommas did a wonderful job in raising these 6 babies (3 males, 3 females) – we never leave a mom behind, and both of the mommas will be available also for adoption soon too! As of 9/21, they only weigh about 1.5 lbs. They all look to have medium length hair. These sweet babies are loving their full access to food (they’re eating dry), and they are already litter box trained. They have not met doggies yet as we do not want to put too much stress on them, but we believe with time and patience, they would be able to live happily in a home with cat friendly dogs. Other kitties are no issue! These babies love their cat trees in their cat room and are just learning what toys are. They have a ball climbing to top of the cat towers and pretending to be kings and queens of the room. They are quite small kitties, if you have young children, please feel confident in your children’s ability to be kind and gentle before considering adopting. While they of course will get bigger, we do not want to put them at risk of injury if children can’t understand they could hurt them given their size. If you’re looking for a sweet, fun, entertaining kitty to add to your home, please consider adopting 1, or even 2, of these awesome kitties. Adoption Fee includes: Feline distemper vaccine, feline leukemia vaccine, dewormer, microchip, current flea prevention, FIV/ FLV Test and health certificate that they will get from a veterinarian prior to transport. These kitties are located in Texas and available to be transported to the areas they are posted in ONCE adopted. Story
Smoky is a man of mysteries. He is a big boy with an even bigger personality. He is comfortable with other cats/kittens, but prefers his space. He has met the foster family dog and had little interest or concern. He would be wonderful as an only cat/companion animal because he does love attention.  He's very affectionate! He loves to take naps in beams of sun, and doesn't really play that much. A quiet, chill house would be great for this guy. Smoky is FIV+ and had stomatitus. To treat this autoimmune disease, his teeth were removed and he's done much better without them. He's a good eater and loves his friskies.  We estimate his birth year to be 2017. Smoky was abandoned by his "family", who moved and left him behind. He remained in the neighborhood where he returned to his home each night and sat on the porch. We discovered his situation when a neighbor called about a colony of community cats they were feeding. Our required adoption donation is $150 per kitten or $125 per cat (older than 9 months). All our rescues are up to date on shots, microchipped, tested for FIV/FeLV/Heartworm (Smoky is FIV+). They are dewormed, treated for parasites and free of fleas. Each is spayed or neutered and given a rabies vaccination.  An application must be completed to be considered to adopt from Stray HELP. You can download it from HERE OR directly ONLINE If your application is approved we conduct a home visit for final approval of adoption. Story
My name is Prince! Foster mama tells me I come about my name because I'm slightly bratty and don't have too many manners but she holds out hope that I'll grow into the name of the fantastical, amazing and talented musician formerly known as Prince. I say, I'm already on my way!  I am sweet, playful, fun and energetic. I make friends easily and love to wrestle. My ideal home has companion animals and a family that needs lots of supervision: sweeping is a biggy - I can chase that broom around all over the room! Napping also need lots of supervision. I can locate a moving toe under blankets in no time flat. Cleaning the litter box, reading, yoga - you name it, I'm there. We estimate Prince's birthday to be June 28, 2024. Prince was rescued from the City of Poughkeepsie, NY as he lay in front of a resident's porch alone and gravely ill.  Our required adoption donation is $150 per kitten or $125 per cat (older than 9 months). All our rescues are up to date on shots, microchipped, tested for FIV/FeLV/Heartworm. They are dewormed, treated for parasites and free of fleas. Story
I’ve had zaffre for 11yrs and in that time she has never truly warmed up to any human. When I rescued her from the ASPCA they told me that she was about 2yrs old and extremely feral but I tried to help her anyways. Recently though, she has been peeing and pooping all over my house all over my things and my children’s things. She not good at all with my autistic son and he needs my help and attention more than my focus being on cleaning all the random new spots day in and day out. I never want to bring her to a shelter because she deserves better but that can’t be with me any longer. Her behavior change needs to be with someone more experienced with senior cats. She is healthy as can be but I know something is up with her and I can’t help her. I’m hoping someone on here is familiar with these changes and can give her a comfortable quiet life with the yrs she has left! She is not comfortable in my house with 3 kids under 6, being kids in their house, and that’s not a good life for her🙏
