Misty is 16 yr old cat, very sweet but getting old. She is my friend's cat who I was keeping for some time but unfortunately, we are relocating. She is of a smaller size and very shy.

Luke is an incredibly sweet, affectionate and vocal 9 year old male. I recently took him in as an emergency rehoming from a family member who could no longer keep him.Unfortunately, I have two Great Danes and although they have lived with cat’s prior, Luke does not cohabitate well with them. I believe he needs to be in a home with no dogs and with a family who loves affection from their kitty.

Beautiful, Mysterious, Self-Sufficient Ewa is a gorgeous lady who has had so much upheaval in her life. She was pregnant when she arrived at APA from another shelter and has been busy tending to her kittens ever since. We don’t know how life treated her in the past. But, given her cautious nature, we suspect she has never had a reason to trust people and was likely given many reasons not to. She needs a quiet home with gentle humans where she can decompress and discover there are people who are kind, reliable and on her side. Ewa is reserved and keeps to herself. She may let you briefly pet her soft coat, but is not comfortable at this point with affection and will sometimes scurry away. She will stay near if you are bringing her food...a good start! Ewa needs a patient person who will give her the time she needs to feel safe and blossom into her best self. There is a place in her heart just waiting for someone she can trust.
