FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Clancy! Clancy is a 2-year-old, 40 LB Schipperke mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded CA shelter. This sweet, goofy, and loving boy is ready to find his forever family! Clancy is active, outgoing, and fun—a great dog for someone looking for medium-sized adventure buddy. He’d love to join you on hikes, runs, or any outdoor activity. He’s also very smart and will thrive with continued training, making him a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their dog. Clancy can be reactive on leash and will need a confident, experienced owner to help guide him through that with structure and consistency. With slow introductions, he does well with other dogs. He’s not a match for cats, and while he’d prefer a home without young kids, he could do well with older, dog-savvy children. Clancy has so much potential and will make an amazing companion for the right person—a dog-savvy, active home that can give him the structure, patience, and adventures he craves! Clancy is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $500.

Meet Luke! Luke is a great little guy, around one year old and 14 lbs. He is full of personality! Luke is hilarious, affectionate, playful, and just a joy to have around. He is sweetheart who loves to be near you and lay by your feet as you are working. You can't help but fall in love with him when you meet him.  Luke has lived with other dogs before and can do well. He is a little leash reactive on walks, but it's workable and he is already doing better with the help of our trainer. He will be just fine as an only dog and probably would appreciate being treated like the prince of the household.  Luke does not have experience living with cats or kids so we recommend him for a cat-free home and a family with kids over 10 at this time.  He is such a sweet and cool little fella! Luke is vaccinated, neutered and chipped. His adoption fee is $450  We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! Meet Kisses! Kisses is around 5 years old and a Pom/Chi mix.  She needs a minute to get to know you but once she warms to you, Kisses likes to snuggle with you on the couch or wherever you are. She warms up easily. She loves her morning and afternoon walks. She is playful and enjoys belly scratches. She will launch herself into a lap at any opportunity and give you kisses, hence her name! She wants you to know she loves you.   She is very affectionate with people but doesn't love sharing the attention with other pups. She's also a "runner" and she's very fast, so even when she is in an enclosed backyard she's always dragging a leash just in case. She appears very active but tires easily and wants a lap to sit in.  Kisses will love to share her life with her very own person. She will be a loving companion who will shower you with affection.  Kisses is vaccinated, spayed and chipped. Meet Danbi — Looking for Her Forever Family!   Name: Danbi Age: 3 years Sex: Spayed Female Spayed: Yes Breed: Shiba–Jindo Mix Color: Brown Weight: 13kg Height (shoulder): 41cm   Rescue Story   Danbi entered a city shelter with her four newborn puppies. Sadly, all her puppies passed away there, and she was rescued on June 15, 2023. She has since spent 2.5 years living safely at the shelter and is now finally ready for a loving home of her own.   ‍‍ Socialization with People   Danbi is affectionate and friendly — she approaches both familiar and unfamiliar people on her own, leans in for pets, and enjoys being touched. She likes both women and men.   She hasn’t met children under 13, but based on her calm, gentle nature, we expect she will do well with them. She can be picked up with arms under her belly, and once she bonds with you, she’ll even show her tummy for belly rubs.   Socialization with Dogs   Danbi absolutely loves other dogs. She greets both familiar and unfamiliar dogs politely and invites them to play. Her dog social skills are excellent — even when another dog jumps on her or plays a bit too rough, she never reacts negatively.   She especially enjoys dogs around her size and thrives with friendly, playful companions.   Cats   She shows curiosity when she sees cats on walks but will follow her handler’s lead without pulling or lunging. A cat test can be arranged upon request.   Energy Level   Danbi has a moderate energy level. She enjoys outdoor activities but settles calmly afterward. Inside the home, she is relaxed and easygoing.   ‍ Walking Manners   Danbi loves sniffing, so her pace is “walk–stop–sniff–walk.” She walks well in quiet areas but becomes slightly hesitant in heavy traffic.
