Story
Reese is a sweet dog who loves every person he meets. He loves going to the vet or being in any environment where he can be the center of attention. Reese would do best with an experienced owner with a lot of time on their hands. He was raised around a cat and wants to play with them more than anything else. He has had a lot of exposure with dogs and with time can become used to them but he’s pretty shy around dogs initially.

Story
Meet Roda – A Tiny Pomeranian with a Big Heart Looking for Her Forever Family   Roda is a 4-year-old, 4 kg spayed female Pomeranian who was surrendered by her previous owner. Despite everything she’s been through, she hasn’t lost her sweet, loving personality.   She adores people and is happiest when she’s curled up beside you or being held in your arms.   She may be a little shy when meeting someone new, but a few treats are all it takes to win her over. Once she trusts you, she becomes an affectionate little shadow who loves cuddles and companionship.   Roda isn’t very interested in other dogs and would be happiest as the center of someone’s world. While she can live with another calm, easygoing dog, she would also thrive as an only dog where she can soak up all the love and attention.   Personality   Sweet, affectionate, and loves cuddles Loves being close to her people Comfortable being picked up and held Moderate energy level Loves walks and exploring new scents Uses both pee pads and goes potty outside Calm and well-behaved in a crate   Social Skills   Greets unfamiliar dogs politely but prefers people over dogs Doesn’t have much interest in playing with other dogs Shows little interest in cats during walks Has not been tested with young children   Health   Spayed Fully vaccinated Heartworm tested Recently had a professional dental cleaning   Roda has Alopecia X, a cosmetic coat condition that is relatively common in Pomeranians. After a thorough evaluation by a veterinary dermatologist, thyroid disease, Cushing’s disease, parasites, and infectious skin diseases have all been ruled out. This condition does not affect her health, quality of life, or lifespan—it simply means her coat is thinner than normal. Regular skin care and gentle grooming are recommended, but she is otherwise a happy, healthy little girl.   Like many small-breed dogs, her back legs are a bit delicate, so avoiding excessive jumping and maintaining a healthy weight will help keep her comfortable.   Roda’s Perfect Home   If you’re looking for a loyal little companion who loves cuddles more than anything, Roda could be your perfect match. She doesn’t care if your home is big or small—as long as she’s by your side.   Her fur may be a little different, but her heart is absolutely perfect.   Could you be the family Roda has been waiting for? Apply to adopt or foster: https://adoptmekr.org  PLEASE ALSO VISIT OUR FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM! Currently in Korea She can arrive in Toronto on July 4th! Apply today and be ready to welcome this sweet little girl home. ##2773540##

After everything she has been through, Pixie deserves a loving foster or forever home where she can feel safe, cherished, and truly part of a family. ✨ Pixie is looking for someone special to help her start again and give her the happy life she has been waiting for. Adoption Information Pixie’s adoption fee is $1,695, a non-refundable donation that helps support ongoing rescue efforts and save more dogs in need. Thankfully, compassionate rescuers saved me and gave me the chance to experience something I’d never known before, hope.  I’m a gentle and affectionate companion who loves being around people, including kind children. I get along well with other dogs and would enjoy a family who can shower me with attention and affection.  I’d do best in a home with a family who understands that rescued dogs need patience and time to adjust.    We recommend working with our skilled pet rescue trainer.
