Story
Our super sweet boy Archie is visually impaired. We think he may see shadows, but he is seeing an eye Specialist soon. With that being said it does not slow him down at ALL! He is a good eater, potty trained and loves to play tug of war with his toys. He is a very loving and sweet boy. He will bark to sound out his environment and may get a little anxious, but just provide him attention and he’s fine. Whoever becomes his forever family needs to know just how special he is and be prepared to be patient to work with him, because he is definitely worth it. Good with children 8 years and older and a fenced yard. (An adoption fee of $500 is required.) If you are interested in this dog, please go to the Adopt page of our website where you will find a link to an adoption application form. https://www.chewdogrescue.org/adopt If you have previously submitted an application form to CHEW, there is no need to reapply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations before being placed in their forever homes.
