Muffin has seen & witnessed so much evil in her life. She was pulled out of a slaughterhouse with one of our other rescues Basil. Soul destroying to think of what she has been through & yet she still loves human beings even after everything she has seen, heard & her previous life. We cannot even begin to imagine what Muffin witnessed & heard when she was at the slaughterhouse. How Muffin ended up in a slaughterhouse for human consumption & yes you did read that correctly, we will never know? What we do know is, she was pulled out of there by our outstanding Chinese rescuer just in time. Working with one of our truly devoted, dedicated and absolutely outstanding Chinese rescuers she rescued Muffin and many others for us. Without this beloved rescuer going in and getting Muffin out, her fate was a torturous death. We believe every sweet soul such as Muffin and her friends deserves to be loved and cherished and given the chance to have a wonderful life. Now Muffin is looking for a special family to cherish her and be patient with her and remember what this beautiful soul has been through and a family that meets all her needs. Muffin was rescued by our truly amazing Chinese rescue friends and just as always we are beyond grateful to the Chinese rescue who we are so extremely thankful for what they do day in and day out for these babies, we cannot thank them enough. Muffin was bought back to the USA where she is now a US citizen & is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find her new loving devoted forever home. Muffin had no idea what was going on at first but my oh my did she pick up things so quickly. She now sits there and stares at her foster mum with so much love. She knows her world is so very different. Her foster mum said she is such a beautiful soul & gets so excited at times, ie when it’s time to get up, dinner time, going for adventures. She adores being hugged and held because the reality is we are the first real people in her life to show her such true love and affection apart from a day or 2 at her foster home in China. Muffin eats a clean diet, meaning raw fruits, raw vegetables, 70 % raw proteins, grains, fats & supplements. She also enjoys collagen sticks & bully sticks. All of her treats are homemade. Muffin has been taught to walk on harness & leash & has been doing wonderful. She would need continued work walking on her harness & leash. Muffin is a rescue & will need patience, time & understanding. Muffin adores being pampered & doesn’t want you to stop when brushing him, cleaning his eyes, grooming her, baths, the hairdryer she loves it all. She also does extremely well being touched in general & adores receiving love. Having toys & a warm bed is all new to Muffin & we have been excited to change her world with the introduction of toys & lots of love & affection & a loving environment. So far she has not started showing interest in toys in her foster home. Muffin has learnt to ride in the car & does well in the car & enjoys a good car ride. She is such an amazing, loving little lady. With Muffin we are only looking for a crate free home for this lovely little lad only. Please do not apply with the intent to crate this girl. She has 2 luxated patella’s grade 2-3 that doesn’t seem to affect her at all. Once these shots expire we will not redo them except rabies as we will not over vaccinate our beloved dogs. We have spent over $2000 on Muffin with bringing her to the US with her travel airfare paying for her medical care, including, shots, spay microchip etc, than her adoption fee comes close to covering. Muffin has not been around cats since being in the rescue but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals. We have not had Anna with small children so we do not recommend children, but it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & animals. We were not there when Muffin was conceived so we do not know who her parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think her breed is. As with all of our rescues. Muffin’s friends she will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. His foster mum said when he wants to go upstairs to bed he does a little dance & talks to you. He is very independent. You can tell him “up” then he will jump up on the chair & sit there with you. His foster mum & dad said he is just so lovely & so easy going. He is never going to be a pack leader & will follow the other dogs around but is independent as well. He can be the only dog in the home as he likes dogs but just has zero interest in playing with them. He just enjoys doing his own thing. He is smart & picks up on things quickly. He will also want to cuddle in bed with you but you need to pick him up & put him on there. But that being said he can jump high when he wants to. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying. Clint is the loveliest boy & what he endured was pure evil. How he survived this living hell we will never know? To think of what he has been through & yet he still loves human beings even after everything they have done to him. We cannot even begin to imagine what Clint witnessed & heard when he was at the slaughterhouse & how Clint ended up in a slaughterhouse for human consumption & yes you did read that correctly, we will never know? What we do know is, he was pulled out of there by our outstanding Chinese rescuer just in time. It’s absolutely soul destroying to think about the horrific situation he ended up in. Working with one of our truly devoted, dedicated & absolutely outstanding Chinese rescuers she rescued Clint & many others for us. Without this beloved rescuer going in & getting Clint out, his fate was a torturous death. She transferred Clint along with many other sweet souls & got well & they waited to come to the US. This is a very extremely expensive situation but we believe every sweet soul such as Clint & his friends deserves to be loved & cherished & given the chance to have a wonderful life. Now Clint is looking for a special family to cherish him & be patient with him & remember what this beautiful soul has been through & a family that meets all his needs. Clint was bought back to the USA where he is now a US citizen & is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find his new loving devoted forever home. Talk about one of the easiest boys ever, you don’t even know he is there except when it’s time to eat, you know he is there with such enthusiasm. He can be found lounging on the couch with his other foster siblings & will even sometimes want to sleep on the couch. We cannot stress enough how lovely Clinty as his foster mum & dad call him, deserves the most loving home. This boy is so stunning inside & out & he has come along way since he arrived from China. The reality is he had to learn everything new here. He is so forgiving. He just wants you to love him & he will love you back. He adores being hugged & held because the reality is we are the first real people in his life to show him such true love & affection. He also enjoys being picked up. He adores his foster mum & dad now as they have shown him normalcy & love. He comes when you call him & enjoys going outside & will go to the door when he wants to go out. In his foster home he eats a clean diet meaning, raw fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains & different supplements. He is obsessed with bulky sticks, collagen sticks & treats. He is fed based upon The Forever Dog. Clint is a good little walker on his harness & leash. Clint is a rescue & will need patience, time & understanding. Clint adores being pampered & doesn’t want you to stop when brushing him, cleaning his eyes, grooming him, he loves it all. He also does extremely well being touched in general & adores receiving love. He is the biggest sweetheart you will ever meet. Having toys & a warm bed was all new to Clint & we have been excited to change his world with the introduction of toys & lots of love & affection & a loving environment. He is quite a free spirit because he does enjoy going off & doing his own thing or then sometimes he can be found laying with his foster siblings. When Clint walks it looks as though he has a gait but does not affect him at all. Clint has learnt to ride in the car & does well in the car & enjoys a good car ride. He is such an easy & sweet going, loving little lad. With Clint we are only looking for a crate free home for this lovely little lad only. Please do not apply with the intent to crate this boy. We are also looking for a forever home for Clint where someone is home during the day or he can go with his people wherever possibly he can go with them. Did we mention this boy loves a good outfit too. Clint is looking for a forever home who will cherish him & love him as he should be loved & be very patient with him & understanding. Clint has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes & he is currently with other dogs & enjoys their company. He can be found at times snuggled up to his foster siblings. But he could be the only dog in the home if he got all the attention. A fully fenced backyard is mandatory for Clint new forever home. He will randomly go outside & sun himself but does not like to stay out there for too long. Clint is now roughly 23lbs & is 5 years old & a male miniture poodle & what he is mixed with we are not sure? He is neutered, microchipped, had his shots including DHLPP, Bordatella, rabies & dewormed. Once these shots expire we do not redo them except for rabies as we do not over vaccinate our beloved dogs. Clint had a dental scale & polish & dental x-rays. We have spent far more on Clint with bringing him to the US with his travel airfare costs, $2200 alone, bringing him into Seattle, without anything else than his adoption fee comes close to covering. Clint has not been around cats since being in the rescue but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals. We have not had Clint with small children so we do not recommend children, but it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & animals. He has been around older teenage girls & does well with them & loves them. We were not there when Clint was conceived so we do not know who his parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think his breed is. As with all of our rescues & Clint’s friends he will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to.
