Story
Meet Grover, the zippiest, happiest little DOODLE you’ll ever meet! Grover is about a 30-pound bundle of pure joy and high-energy fun. If you're looking for a pup who can brighten even the gloomiest day, this little guy is your match. He loves everyone he meets , people, dogs, probably the mailman too, and he greets each new friend with a tail wag that could power a small city. This fluffy goofball is a zoomies champion, turning any open space into his personal racetrack. Whether it’s laps around the yard or joyful spins around the living room, Grover lives for movement and play. And when he’s not zooming? He’s happily soaking up scratches, cuddling close, or squeaking his favorite toys until he’s ready for round two. Grover will require lifetime grooming to keep up with his beautiful doodle hair, so his future family should be ready for recurring grooming appointments to keep him comfortable and looking his best. Grover would thrive in an active home where he can stretch his legs, play to his heart’s content, and share his endless happiness with his humans. If you’re ready for a fun, friendly, and unbelievably lovable companion, Grover can’t wait to meet you! He’s ready to zoom straight into your heart. Local adoption fee is $350(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $650 (includes transport to your area)

Kimi has truly experienced evil in life. He was pulled out of a slaughterhouse covered in blood & the butcher had already started chopping him up as he was surrounded by a pile of deceased bloody dogs. The butcher chopped off his front left paw. It’s absolutely shocking & disturbing what these dogs endure but they fight for their lives. Soul destroying to think of what he has been through & yet he still loves human beings even after everything they have done to him. We cannot even begin to imagine what Kimi witnessed & heard when he was at the slaughterhouse. How Kimi ended up in a slaughterhouse for human consumption & yes you did read that correctly, we will never know? What we do know is, he was pulled out of there by our outstanding Chinese rescuer just in time. Working with one of our truly devoted, dedicated & absolutely outstanding Chinese rescuers she rescued Kimi & many others for us. Without this beloved rescuer going in & getting Kimi out, his fate was a torturous death. We believe every sweet soul such as Kimi & his friends deserves to be loved & cherished & given the chance to have a wonderful life. Now Kimi is looking for a special family to cherish him & be patient with him & remember what this beautiful soul has been through & a family that meets all his needs. Kimi was rescued by our truly amazing Chinese rescue friends & just as always we are beyond grateful to the Chinese rescue who we are so extremely thankful for what they do day in & day out for these babies, we cannot thank them enough. Kimi was bought back to the USA where he is now a US citizen & is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find his new loving devoted forever home. This boy looks straight into your soul with such gratitude. He knows where he is now. He is the biggest sweetheart you will ever meet. He just wants you to love him & he will love you back. He adores being hugged & held because the reality is we are the first real people in his life to show him such true love & affection. When he finds people who love him they become his world. He is such a spirited schnoodle his foster mum said with a huge personality & once he knows he is safe will get on his back & roll around with so much happiness. She said he can run like the wind to & is so fast. Just because he is a tripod, that does not stop his zest for life. He loves to run & play with his foster siblings & must go to a home with another dog who will play with him. He loves a good outfit & will get ready for you to put one on him. We want to say that Kimi losing his paw has not stopped him in anyway from, running, jumping onto the couch & back down again nor running up & down stairs. Kimi eats a clean diet, meaning raw fruits, raw vegetables, 70 % raw proteins, grains, fats & supplements. He also enjoys collagen sticks & bully sticks. All of his treats are homemade Kimi has not been taught to walk on harness & leash & has been doing wonderful. He would need continued work walking on his harness & leash. Kimi is a rescue & will need patience, time & understanding. Kimi adores being pampered & doesn’t want you to stop when brushing him, cleaning his eyes, grooming him, baths, the hairdryer he loves it all. He also does extremely well being touched in general & adores receiving love. Having toys & a warm bed is all new to Kimi & we have been excited to change his world with the introduction of toys & lots of love & affection & a loving environment. So far he has started showing interest in toys in his foster home. Kimi has learnt to ride in the car & does well in the car & enjoys a good car ride. He is such an amazing, loving little lad. With Kimi we are only looking for a crate free home for this lovely little lad only. Please do not apply with the intent to crate this boy. He will bark his head off if you leave him in a crate. We are also looking for a forever home for Kimi where someone is home during the day or Kimi can go with his people wherever possibly he can go with them. Did we mention this boy loves a good outfit too. Kimi is looking for a forever home who will cherish him & love him as he should be loved & be very patient with him & understanding. Kimi has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes & he is currently with other dogs & enjoys their company. He can be found at times snuggled up to his foster siblings & will want to sleep in bed with you. Sometimes when his dog friends snuggle too close he will let them know to move over. A fully fenced backyard is mandatory for Kimi’s new forever home if it’s a free standing home. Kimi is now roughly 18 lbs & is 4 years old & a possibly a schnoodle & what he is mixed with we are not sure? He is microchipped, up to date on his shots including DHLPP, rabies & dewormed. Once these shots expire we will not redo them except rabies as we will not over vaccinate our beloved dogs. We have spent over $2000 on Kimi with bringing him to the US with his travel airfare paying for his medical care, including, shots, neuter microchip etc, than his adoption fee comes close to covering. Kimi has not been around cats since being in the rescue but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals. We have not had Kimi with small children so we do not recommend children, but it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & animals. We were not there when Kimi was conceived so we do not know who his parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think his breed is. As with all of our rescues & Kimi’s friends he will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Kimi potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Kimi & going through our process and have read his listing fully to the end & are wanting to adopt. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on & remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview & a virtual home visit using Zoom followed by a meet and greet & if it’s a good fit, up to our discretion. We will only be accepting applications for Kimi who understands his needs & that meet all the requirements for this lovely sweet boy. Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives & please do not submit an application if you are not ready to adopt. Kimi has an adoption fee of $850 & is ready for his truly loving forever home & compassion & understanding of what he has been through.

Story
Animal Profile: Ramen is an estimated 5 year old, 15 lb neutered male miniature poodle who was a hot mess when he was pulled from the Carson shelter. He was at risk due to overcrowding at the shelter but assessed to be friendly with people and dogs. We will share more about him as we get to know him in foster care.  Foster Update: Ramen is a cool little cup of noodles! He has been a quick study in foster care and is crate trained, potty trained, and walks well on leash. He loves to work and train and is very smart. He was recently introduced to odor detection work and his trainer said he was a natural. He catches on to new commands quickly and would love someone to work with. Ramen would do best in an adult only household. He sometimes takes time to warm up to strangers and he is more trusting of female companions. He has shown a tendency to resource guard when it comes to removing high value toys from his possession, but his trainer is working on tackling that behavior. Ramen is dog friendly, and would be best matched with a similar sized female dog his age. Ramen has had a lot of interest from families wanting a lap dog; he prefers to show affection through play and is not a couch potato. Ramen needs an owner comfortable addressing his guarding behaviors, willing to continue exercising his body and his mind, and able to commit to regular grooming. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575, which includes neuter, current rabies/DAPPV/bordetella vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test. Ramen's adoption also includes take home training and support from Nirvana K9 Training. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue.   Apply online at  www.DogGoneSeattle.org Animal History: Ramen was surrendered to Carson city shelter and transported to Dog Gone Seattle via Wiggle Butts arriving to foster care on 5/19/24; he is available for adoption in the greater Seattle area. November 13, 2025, 6:58 pm

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 💎 Meet Crystal – A Delicate Gem Ready to Shine 💎 At 3 years old and 26 pounds, Crystal is a soft-hearted sweetheart who’s still learning that the world can be kind. Coming from a hoarding situation, she’s understandably shy with new people and experiences. What she needs most isn’t fancy or flashy—it’s patience, gentleness, and time to let her true sparkle emerge. Like her name, Crystal is something rare and beautiful. With a little warmth and a lot of love, she’ll transform from a fragile gem into a radiant, trusting treasure. She’s already showing her softer side (literally)—she’s discovered a deep appreciation for all things cozy: soft blankets, soft pillows, and soft beds. She’s decided that comfort is, in fact, the cat's meow...err, the dog’s bark! 🐾 Crystal does wonderfully with other dogs and would do best having a confident 4 legged sibling to help her fit in and feel comfortable. But cats? Yeah, that’s gonna be a ‘nope’ from her — she prefers friends who bark back She would also do best in a quieter home with no small kiddos, where her person was retired or works from home. Crystal doesn’t ask for much—just a safe home where she can finally rest, heal, and learn that love doesn’t have to be scary. Once she trusts you, her affection shines through like sunlight through glass—steady, warm, and endlessly pure. She’ll reward your patience tenfold with quiet love, loyalty, and those gentle tail wags that mean everything. If you’re the kind of person who believes that the best treasures take time to reveal their beauty, Crystal is waiting for you. 💖 ✨ Apply today at haydudeequine.org and help this hidden gem find her forever sparkle. ✨

Story
Animal Profile: Solei was rescued as one of nine dogs found abandoned in a field in Perris, California. She’s ready to start a new chapter with a family who will give her the love and patience she deserves. Foster Update: Have you ever met a tiny poodle with the presence of a wolfhound? Let us introduce you to Solei, a teacup pup who is full of barkour energy and big dog confidence. Solei is incredibly smart and learns quickly. She already knows sit, down, wait, tap touch, up and off. When she first arrived from California she was quite reactive, but she has made wonderful progress on her walks and continues to improve. She is also learning to ring the bell when she needs to use the bathroom! Do not let her curly coat fool you. She is no frufru dog. The PNW weather does not bother her at all and she is always ready for an adventure. Whether she is showing off her barkour talents or exploring with curiosity, she brings bright and joyful energy everywhere she goes. At home, Solei’s sweet nature shines. She is an affectionate snuggler, loves to relax in your lap, brings toys for you to play with, and enjoys her car rides. She is spirited, clever, loving and truly wicked smart. Solei would do best in a home without young children and with someone who is committed to continuing her training. In return she will offer companionship, charm and endless love in a tiny package with a very big presence.  Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test if applicable, microchip with registration, and health certificate. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization. All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs in our rescue.  Apply Online: www.DogGoneSeattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog was rescued by Angels of Rawley Foundation in CA. She arrives in Seattle on 11/02/2025 via Wigglebutts transport and will be available for adoption once evaluated in foster care.  December 4, 2025, 7:31 pm
