MEET SHIFU: We can not say enough good things about this boy! BREED: Shifu came from Palm Beach Shelter. We were thrilled to save him. He is a purebred, meatmouth, chocolate dilute (which looks red or auburn, beautiful), brushcoat purebred Shar-Pei. Has the most beautiful corkscrew tail! HE IS A LOOKER! BASICS: He is fully vetted, neutered, utd in shots, on hw preventatives & microchipped. Shifu is housetrained, does not bark, is mannerly in the home, okay on leash, knows basic commands. THE GOOD STUFF: Shifu is highly intelligent. He learns very fast. Overall, he is eager to please, and will do so. But much like the breed he can have his own state of mind sometimes. He is inquisitive. Wants to see what’s up! He loves to be around his people but, is not a sitting on your lap kind of dog. He wants to be where you are but sitting in his own space checking everything out. He is good with other dogs. Good with kids near any age. He is learning to be good with cats. We’d say he is 80% there to just leave the kitty alone. He is friendly, silly, a little goofy which makes him funny and a lot of fun. He is a very easy dog. Playful but, in a chillax way. He loves exploring the yard with the other dogs. Just a wonderful addition to most any person or family. Transport is possible anywhere across the country where we have resources, please inquire. Bambi was rescued from an abandoned home and found left in a cage severely skinny and with a terrible skin allergy. Bambi now finds himself healthy but recovering from his skin and is waiting for someone to love him and care for him despise the way he may look now. He’s a great dog and does well with other dogs as well. Bambi will be neutered once he is healthy and his skin has healed. The picture shown of Bambi is of him when he was rescued. He has since received medical care and is recovering from his terrible skin allergy. His fur is slowly growing back.
