MEET SHIFU: We can not say enough good things about this boy! BREED: Shifu came from Palm Beach Shelter. We were thrilled to save him. He is a purebred, meatmouth, chocolate dilute (which looks red or auburn, beautiful), brushcoat purebred Shar-Pei. Has the most beautiful corkscrew tail! HE IS A LOOKER! BASICS: He is fully vetted, neutered, utd in shots, on hw preventatives & microchipped. Shifu is housetrained, does not bark, is mannerly in the home, okay on leash, knows basic commands. THE GOOD STUFF: Shifu is highly intelligent. He learns very fast. Overall, he is eager to please, and will do so. But much like the breed he can have his own state of mind sometimes. He is inquisitive. Wants to see what’s up! He loves to be around his people but, is not a sitting on your lap kind of dog. He wants to be where you are but sitting in his own space checking everything out. He is good with other dogs. Good with kids near any age. He is learning to be good with cats. We’d say he is 80% there to just leave the kitty alone. He is friendly, silly, a little goofy which makes him funny and a lot of fun. He is a very easy dog. Playful but, in a chillax way. He loves exploring the yard with the other dogs. Just a wonderful addition to most any person or family. Transport is possible anywhere across the country where we have resources, please inquire. MEET SWEET PEITATOE LA SOUPPUE (TATIE): Cuteness overload with this adorable boy! Tatie is still a baby at approximately 10 months of age. He is fully vetted and neutered of course. Housetrained, ok on leash, receiving professional training so he can be fabulous! He is good with dogs, cats and kids. Tatie has a great personality and temperament. He is sweet, loving, affectionate, silly and very friendly. He loves people and eager to meet new friends. Super affectionate and as you can see in the video is quite the snuggler and an excellent napper!!!! Sweet Peitatoe is still a puppy. Active, needs continued guidance, needs to burn energy via interactive play and nice walks. A fenced yard might serve him better but, at least an active home that will truly include him in activities. Story

Diesel is a wonderful young dog with a big, happy personality. He was adopted from the shelter at the end of January and was estimated to be about 10 months old at the time, so he’s still very much a puppy. Unfortunately, due to housing restrictions related to his size, I’m no longer able to keep him. My landlord does not allow dogs of his size, and I’m now searching for a loving adopter or foster home rather than returning him to the shelter. Diesel is a happy, bubbly, and affectionate dog who loves to play and go for walks. He is potty trained, crate trained, and overall well-behaved. He has been friendly with strangers in outdoor settings and did very well living with my smaller 6-year-old Shar Pei. Diesel struggled emotionally in the shelter environment and was initially very depressed there, which is why I’m committed to finding him a home where he’ll be cared for, loved, and able to thrive.

He was found as a stray in Palm Beach County on October 22nd and wound up at the shelter. Lady Luck Animal Rescue rescued him in early December where he has been thriving in an amazing foster home. NuNu required surgery on his eyes to correct a condition called entropion, which he has since completely healed from. He is a typical bulldog and suffers from allergies, which we have learned to manage. He is living in a home with little girls who love to dress him up and treat him like a Big NuNu pillow! &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 He has a big smooshy face that you can’t resist smooching !! There are literally not enough ways to describe what a nice dog NuNu is. We would love for him to go to a home with big kids to love on him. He walks great on a leash, he is NOT currently living with other dogs or cats. He is not reactive to them on walks and can be tested.
