Story
MEET SHIFU: We can not say enough good things about this boy! BREED: Shifu came from Palm Beach Shelter. We were thrilled to save him. He is a purebred, meatmouth, chocolate dilute (which looks red or auburn, beautiful), brushcoat purebred Shar-Pei. Has the most beautiful corkscrew tail! HE IS A LOOKER! BASICS: He is fully vetted, neutered, utd in shots, on hw preventatives & microchipped. Shifu is housetrained, does not bark, is mannerly in the home, okay on leash, knows basic commands. THE GOOD STUFF: Shifu is highly intelligent. He learns very fast. Overall, he is eager to please, and will do so. But much like the breed he can have his own state of mind sometimes. He is inquisitive. Wants to see what’s up! He loves to be around his people but, is not a sitting on your lap kind of dog. He wants to be where you are but sitting in his own space checking everything out. He is good with other dogs. Good with kids near any age. He is learning to be good with cats. We’d say he is 80% there to just leave the kitty alone. He is friendly, silly, a little goofy which makes him funny and a lot of fun. He is a very easy dog. Playful but, in a chillax way. He loves exploring the yard with the other dogs. Just a wonderful addition to most any person or family. Transport is possible anywhere across the country where we have resources, please inquire. ARE YOU A MATCH♥️ FOR SHIFU?

Story
🐾 Meet Coco — Looking for His Forever Home! 🏡❤️* Coco has come such a long way since coming into his foster home. When he first arrived, he had spent his life living outside 24/7 in the South Florida sun. He was scared, had zero manners, and had no idea what it was like to be a loved and spoiled house dog. Fast forward to today, and Coco is trying very hard to be the bestest boy! He knows sit and lay down, takes treats gently, eats great, and is not food aggressive. He is also good with other dogs and is learning what it means to be a well-mannered pup. He’s still working on his pee-pee manners and wears belly bands while he continues to learn, but he’s making progress! Coco has also made huge improvements in his relationships with men. However, he is still cautious and takes a little longer to trust them. Because of this, his ideal home would include man who understands that trust takes time and is willing to be patient, gentle, and let Coco come around at his own pace.Coco isn’t looking for perfection—he’s looking for someone who will see how far he’s come, celebrate his progress, and give him the patience and love he deserves. He’s already shown us what a difference a safe and loving home can make. Now he just needs someone to help him take those final steps toward becoming the confident, happy boy we know he can be. Coco is ready for his forever family. Could that be yours? 🐶❤️Titusville, FLtransport as possible, please inquireapply at www.sharpeinationrescue.comShar Pei Nation Rescuewww.sharpeinationrescue.com

Story
S’Mores is a little quiet at first but, will get going when playing. Brings him instantly out of his shell! He’s tends to be more of a follower and likes to be engaged with others. On the calmer side and ready to learn. He is very smart. That little brain always at work. Prefers squeaky toys. The best fit for some S’Mores would be a home with another dog. He has no sight. Please see below the details. This does not hold him back in the slightest! His other senses are in the lead in our large and in charge! Have they been born this way he knows no difference so he gets around and a long and leads life to the fullest with no problem. Do not let this deter you. He is fantastic and such a joy. (The puppies were born with Microphthalmia: S’Mores has no vision. It is a congenital condition meaning "small eye," often caused by genetics or developmental issues in the womb. Affected eyes are underdeveloped and may sink into the socket, leading to vision impairment. They have varied degrees of sight. They are fine, no pain, and it cannot be fixed. They have adapted well

Story
Meet Ada, the spunky senior social butterfly who proves that age is truly just a number! While her sister Siri handles the "chill" side of things, Ada is the designated life of the party. She arrived at the rescue with Siri after their owner passed away, and she relies on her sister for comfort—though she’s usually the one leading the way on their adventures. As a bonded pair, these two sisters are a package deal of double the love and twice the devotion. Ada is a "young-at-heart" senior with a delightful streak of spunk; she’s super sweet, incredibly affectionate, and always ready to greet you with an enthusiastic tail wag. Don’t let the "senior" label fool you—Ada still has plenty of pep in her step! She’s the perfect balance of a loyal companion and a fun-loving friend who hasn't lost her zest for life. Whether she’s investigating a new scent in the yard or nudging you for some well-deserved chin scratches, her personality shines through in everything she does. Ada is looking for a forever home where she can keep Siri entertained and show her new family that senior dogs still know how to have a blast!

Story
Meet Bee, a 1-year-old Chinese Shar-Pei mix who was rescued as a stray in Miami and brought to Big Dog Ranch to find the loving home she deserves. With her striking features and bold personality, Bee is sure to turn heads—and steal hearts. Bee has a high energy level and needs an active, experienced adopter who understands the unique traits of her breed. Shar-Peis can be strong-willed and independent, and Bee is no exception. She’ll thrive in a home where structure, patience, and ongoing training are part of daily life. She would do best in an adult-only home with someone who has previous experience with both dogs and the Shar-Pei breed. Bee is dog-selective—she can coexist with another dog, but it must be the right match and handled with proper introductions. She’s not good with cats and not suited for a home with children, as she can be extremely mouthy and needs her space respected. Bee is still working on her housetraining and leash manners, but she’s smart and eager to learn, especially with a consistent routine and positive reinforcement. She knows basic commands, and once she trusts you, her affectionate side shines through. She absolutely loves to cuddle, splash in the water, and play with her favorite toys. If you’re a confident, experienced dog owner ready to invest the time and love Bee needs to thrive, she just might be the perfect fit for your home!
