Brownie is an adorable squishy wrinkly girl who is searching for the perfect family to love her just the way she is - peach fuzzy! Brownie was confiscated on a cruelty case and came to us unrecognizable - she was suffering from severe mange and malnourishment. Even though she recovered from mange her skin was so damaged her fur growth has taken months and even so still has bald areas around her body. But even so this girl is still beautiful and will surely win your heart over! Brownie absolutely loves toys of any shape or kind! She will pick a favorite and carry it everywhere she goes, even on walks. She makes new doggy friends easily and enjoys the company of others - but prefers to be on the couch next you snoozing.

Meet Duncan a super sweet and chill boy, a medium-level energy. This 2-year-old Shar Pei boy is the perfect addition to any family that loves walks and snuggles. He loves having his ears rubbed and will just melt right down to the ground with delight. Duncan is super well-natured and is so smart! At the foster, he immediately fell into routine and is crate trained with zero incidents and is house trained. He is grateful and happy. He has excellent recall. This boy will make the perfect office mate and wont bother you on your Zoom calls. This sweet boy's life started with his Shar Pei family with a wonderful owner in TX. The owner was brutally murdered not long ago and his family members took in the Shar Pei family. Unfortunately, they had 2 German Shepherds who attacked Bitsy, one of the SharPeis and they all had to be rehomed or end up in a high-kill shelter. Twilight Tails Rescue took them in because they were so incredibly well-mannered and sweet and loving. Duncan, Bitsy and, Bamboo are now up for adoption and can be adopted separately. Duncan is an all-around sweetheart who gets along with everyone he has met so far and loves to cuddle. If you sit on the ground with him and invite him over he will try to curl up on your lap. Duncan loves people. He weighs about 55 pounds. He is being fostered in Fulshear TX. He can be adopted in TX or we can arrange rescue transport IL/WI which brings dogs up twice a month. This boy is fully vetted.  He has been neutered, vaccinated, and is heartworm negative.  Buddie is potty trained, is not destructive, and doesn't make a mess. He is NOT a chewer and loves the outdoors. He does love older respectful children.  Buddie currently is playing with a 12-year-old boy. He is also good with other dogs that are non-assertive. Buddie's favorite things are walks, knotted bones, car rides, spending time with people, and playing.  His dislikes are being in a kennel and not having anyone to play with. He will chase wildlife (rabbits, squirrels, etc.) and could get away from you under those circumstances. Peanut here is a handsome 5YO who is in the market for a new family. He unfortunately had to be surrendered to the shelter on 2/23/23 because his old family couldn`t care for him anymore. He`s been great with kids, cats, and other dogs in the past, and would make a great addition to any home. Peanut is a sweet and loving boy, but adjusting to shelter life is a lot! He`s finally settled in and is much more relaxed. What he really wants is to find a new home soon to get out of the loud, stressful shelter. Visitors and being pet really perk him up. He`s a low energy, low maintenance boy who will happily accept all the cuddles!
