Story
Welcome Rocky to CCPAL Rescue. He is a Rottweiler or Shepherd/Bulldog is our best guess on breed. He has a beautiful grey coat that is shorter and he is athletic and friendly. He weighs about 50 pounds and is a good weight and is about 1.5 years old. He has new adult teeth that are still nice and clean. He would be perfect for a runner, walker, jogger, hiker or athletic and outdoorsy family. He loves all people so you won’t have any trouble with him meeting new people. He would love to join a family on all their adventures. He is good in his kennel and goes potty in his outdoor space. He hasn’t been reactive when we had him on leash. He is a head turner for sure. He is getting his vaccinations and will be neutered and ready for his forever home in a couple of weeks. He is outgoing and would be fine with a family that has children. We would like children to be 8 or older. Rocky is not a big shedding dog. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas. We can also work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Story
Meet Cambridge!Cambridge is a 3-year-old spayed female pit bull looking for her forever home. She is beautiful, loving, and an absolute cuddle bug — all she wants is to be close to you! She will even sleep with you under the covers. She came to us from an owner who thought they wanted a pit bull but then realized they had no time for her. She is a high-energy girl who thrives with daily walks and weekend hikes. She loves treat puzzles, lick mats, and anything involving peanut butter. Cambridge is smart, food motivated, and great with simple commands like "sit, wait, drop it", etc. She is well house trained and comfortable in her crate. She does well with children, lives peacefully with a senior dachshund, and has good potential with cats. We are looking for a loving home that can give Cambridge the attention and exercise she needs. She has a lot of energy and we are not in a situation that allows for her to run outside or go on long walks.
