Meet Forrest – A Sweet, Playful Boy Ready for His Fresh Start Forrest is a handsome 1-year-old pit mix who was found on November 22nd and is now ready for a loving home. At around 45 pounds, he’s a perfect medium size, with velvety soft ears and an expression that wins people over instantly. Now that Forrest has had some time to settle in, his personality is really shining. He’s affectionate, playful, and eager for attention, happily seeking out pets and enjoying time with his people. He takes treats gently, already knows “sit,” and is excited to keep learning with positive reinforcement. Forrest enjoys interaction and companionship and is showing himself to be a friendly, people-oriented young dog. With a consistent routine and normal guidance for a dog his age, he’ll continue to grow into a wonderful companion. If you’re looking for a dog who brings both fun and affection into your life, Forrest could be the perfect fit. She is deeply affectionate, fiercely loyal, and very attentive to her person. Amber listens well, enjoys guidance, and forms strong bonds with the people she trusts. She is the kind of dog who wants to be near you, tuned in and eager to please. Amber would love a home where she can be the center of someone’s world. Story
Stampy is a bright, affectionate young dog who is full of personality and joy. At roughly 2 years old and around 45 pounds, he brings a fun mix of playful energy and sweet, cuddly loyalty that makes him a wonderful companion for an active, engaged home. He is incredibly smart and curious, always ready to learn something new or figure out a puzzle toy in record time. He loves romping in the yard, carrying toys around, and enjoying short bursts of play throughout the day. When he is done, he settles beautifully and is happiest curled up close to his people. Stampy truly believes he is a lap dog and takes every opportunity to prove it. Stampy has done well with many dogs and enjoys having social playmates who understand his enthusiastic, sometimes mouthy play style. He would be a great match for a tolerant, playful dog who enjoys a bit of bounce and goofiness. He has lived around cats, and while he sometimes invites them to play, he responds well to confident cats who set boundaries. Because he can get excited easily, Stampy will do best in a home with older children who can participate in his training and help reinforce calm interactions. He thrives with structure and clear routines and does beautifully when given consistent guidance. He is not an aggressive dog, and his occasional overexcitement softens quickly with calm handling and a little redirection. Stampy is crate trained, housebroken, and enjoys having a safe space to relax when the world feels busy. He has a large heart, a loving nature, and so much potential to grow into an incredible, devoted companion.
