Mufasa is a very happy and playful dog that is all about being in your business and getting pet he does have slight separation anxiety because he just wants to with you all the time I have been working on the separation anxiety he is getting better he is not a loud dog at all he does not like when you raise your voice around him does kinda scare him un sure why and not sure how to help him but beyond that he is a great dog and cant wait to find his forever home

Leia is a German Shepherd/Husky mix. Beautiful German shepherd coat with bright blue husky eyes. I got Leia as a six week old puppy a little over a year before deciding to join the military in 2020. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to take her with me so since I joined she has been in the care of my parents. They are no longer able to provide what she should have in terms of exercise and I’m no longer in a position to take care of her. She is an extremely intelligent dog and with a little training and either consistent exercise or a place that would give her freedom to run around, she would make a great dog! We’re desperate for someone who would provide a lot of love for her and give her a more enjoyable life!

Located in Atlanta, GA Meet Lasso! 🤎 This handsome shepherd mix puppy is around 5 months old, weighs about 40 lbs, and has only just begun his fresh start. Lasso was recently pulled from Cobb County Animal Control, where the shelter environment had become overwhelming for him. He was very scared when we met him, and like many sensitive dogs, the stress of kennel life was causing him to become more and more fearful as time went on. Now that he’s safe with rescue, Lasso is getting the chance to decompress, exhale, and learn that the world can be a kinder place. Because he is so new to us, we are intentionally giving him the time and space he needs to settle in before making any big claims about his personality. Right now, our focus is helping him feel safe, build confidence, and adjust to life outside the shelter. What we do know already is that Lasso is a beautiful young dog with so much potential ahead of him. At only 5 months old, he is still very much a puppy and has plenty of time to blossom into an incredible companion with the right guidance and patience. We’ll continue updating his profile as we learn more about him, his likes, and the kind of home where he’ll thrive most. Introducing Crystal! Her family could not keep her safe and she arrived to the shelter on 4/18. Crystal is 2 years old and weighs in at 47 pounds. She is adorable and quite petite. She knows to sit, stay and lay down when asked. It is reported that she is house trained, good with children and dogs. Would you give this sweetheart a chance at happily ever after? Ask for ID# 6960 Run 828. She will be spayed soon and has a micro-chip. She has tested negative for heart worm. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers.
