Story
Meet Daphne, a gorgeous 1-year-old Husky mix! She is full of energy, fun, and love! Daphne will need work on usual puppy things like not jumping up, walking nicely on leash, and potty-training. She's a smart girl who already knows sit and paw- she can be a bit stubborn though, and may decide she's not in the mood to listen to commands. Daphne is dog friendly and has enjoyed playing through the fence with our other dog-friendly dogs. Daphne would love a home to keep her active and enriched! She has plenty of energy for walks and playing. Daphne would greatly benefit from a home that has husky experience.

Story
Meet Dyna, a one-year-old Husky mix with a gentle heart and a growing sense of confidence. She came to us as a shy stray, and sadly, no one came forward to reclaim her. Since then, Dyna has been patiently waiting for a family to call her own—and she’s more than ready to leave shelter life behind. Now fully recovered from her spay surgery, Dyna is eager to stretch her legs and explore the world. She does well with other dogs and has enjoyed making canine friends during her stay. While she may be a bit bashful at first, she truly shines when she’s out on walks or spending time with staff and volunteers in the playrooms. Dyna would thrive in an active home that can help her continue building confidence while giving her plenty of exercise and adventure. Whether it’s hiking, long walks, or just enjoying the outdoors together, Dyna is ready to be your loyal companion every step of the way. Dyna was recently adopted and returned as she was not settling in well with the young children. She is now looking for a home with no young children (5+). Her adoption fee is $200, which includes her vaccines, fecal exam, deworming, current heartworm/flea prevention, heartworm test, registered microchip, and spay. She is already fixed! Story
Dash is a 2½-year-old Husky mix with a big personality and an even bigger zest for life! He was found as a stray and luckily, he had a microchip. We had no luck with his owner but found out he was with CACC multiple times in 2025. He has just been in and out of the shelter system for so long. Now, he’s more than ready for stability and a true forever home. Dash is high-energy and loves to go 100 mph. Zoomies are his specialty, and he’ll happily run laps around us on a retractable lead in the field to help burn off that Husky stamina. He thrives on activity and would do best with an active family committed to providing plenty of daily exercise—both physical and mental. Long walks, hikes, runs, puzzle toys, and structured playtime will help this fun-loving guy be his very best self. Because of his high energy, zooms, and being mouthy during playtime, Dash is looking for a home without young children (8+). He does well with other dogs that can appreciate (and keep up with!) his big personality and impressive endurance. Dash is hoping this is the LAST time he ever has to call a shelter home. He’s ready to trade kennel life for couch cuddles, outdoor adventures, and a family who will love him for the energetic, spirited companion he is. His adoption fee is $200, which includes his vaccines, fecal exam, deworming, current heartworm/flea prevention, heartworm test, registered microchip, and neuter. He is already fixed! Story
Daisy is a sweet, good-natured puppy with a curious spirit and a playful personality. She loves exploring her surroundings, playing with toys, and being around people. Daisy is especially great with children of all ages. She’s confident and comfortable with both little ones and teenagers, making her a wonderful family companion. She gets along well with other dogs and does a great job respecting boundaries, especially with older dogs. Daisy is already showing great habits for her age and is excellent at letting you know when she needs to go outside for potty breaks. With her soft fur, affectionate nature, and eager-to-please attitude, Daisy will make a loving and loyal addition to any home. She’s the kind of puppy who will happily be by your side for both playtime and snuggles. Quirks/Notes: Loves playtime and interaction Smart and already learning routines quickly Very people-oriented and enjoys companionship Ideal adopters will be home most of the day, since young puppies thrive with frequent interaction, guidance, and companionship as they learn and grow. If you are interested in adopting/meeting this pup , please complete our online adoption application that you can find here: https://www.starfishanimalrescue.com/adopt/dog-adoption-application  .
