Story
Ethyl A18551236 lb. spayed female, approx 2 years old -Energetic and fun girl!-Loves pets and will shower you with kisses!-She loves to do zoomies!-After a few more pets, she began “talking” at me and shot off to do more zoomies! -She’s not interested in treats or toys currently-I tossed a treat to her, she pounced on it and flipped it all over the place. Play is kore important! 😆 -She definitely needs space to do her thing!-She briefly settled for pets and belly rubs-Pulls a little bit on leash-Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper intros Unknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids •Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adopt •Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment. •Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in. •There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption. •To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering. **And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home. Staff will go over how to slowly and properly introduce them after a decompression period.** •The shelter is open 7 days a week from 10:30-5:30 **1431 E Ferry St. Detroit
