Story
I got Marvin from the Dallas animal shelter on the kill list, I’m not sure why but I just couldn’t let him be put down, he’s about 3-4 years old and he’s a real sweetheart, I don’t really want to give him up but I don’t have the time for him, he’s pretty shy and I believe he was abused in his past, he’s never bit anybody but he does bark pretty scary at new people, however, he seems to bond to one person and stay that way forever, I haven’t had the time to genuinely train him but I think he’s going to be a hard train. He doesn’t seem to listen very well and it’s very skiddish. He really needs a home that can be around him at least daily and watch after him. Like I said, he’s really sweet! I would definitely suggest training him with a professional trainer.

I like getting out to explore the world, taking in all the smells, and making every walk into a little adventure.I can be a bit selective with other dogs, so I appreciate slow introductions and understanding people who will help me feel comfortable. Just like my brother Tweedledumb, I’ve got a fun personality and a curious spirit… although I may stay focused a little longer before getting distracted by squirrels!What I really want most is a forever home where I can be loved, spoiled with attention, and have a best friend to share my adventures with.
