** Current Location: in a foster home in South Korea ** • Rescue Story : Meet Dong-yeop👋 Dong-yeop was wandering in the mountain and the neighborhood. He followed other dogs walking around. Some residents filed many complaints to fire stations, police stations and animal rescue organizations, but they all failed to rescue him, raising vigilance. In the meantime, He often appeared in front of the house of a resident and ate meat she was feeding him. Some residents who were interested in Dong-yeop's rescue in the neighborhood decided to work together to rescue the dog, set up a fence in front of the house, and succeeded in rescuing Dong-yeop who came in to eat. Since then, Dong-yeop has been living in a temporary foster home for months, where he had good care and love and learned lots of tricks. He has turned into an amazing dog who loves walking and playing with toys! He is now more than ready to find his own forever home! • Personality: Shy, Smart, Curious • Affinity with -Cats: He tends to chase street cats but is not very interested in indoor family cats. -Dogs: Great with other dogs. He also relies on the resident dog in his foster home. -Adults/Kids: Shy around new faces / not much interest in kids • Shedding: 5-6 (1-10 scale) • Food Allergies/Picky Eater: No food allergies. While he loves meat very much, he doesn't eat vegetables or fruits. • Walking Manners: Still in training but improved a lot on leash walking! Now he's excited to go out for walks. • Housetrained: Fully-housebroken, using the bathroom only outside. • Baths: Not a fan! • Separation Anxiety: None, thanks to the other dog in the house. • Bark or Howl: Not really... except when he greets his foster at home out of joy. • Likes & Dislikes: He likes other dogs and tug-of-war! He loves beef and he likes to get pets! / He's not a fan of being chased or carried by people. He seems to get better as times go by though.

Ever since then, Philip has been waiting for his chance to experience the warmth of a loving home. He’s ready to thrive and can’t wait to meet his forever family! • Personality: Gentle, Calm, Friendly Philip is as easygoing as they come! He’s friendly with new faces, including men and children, and adapts quickly to new environments. He’s a sweet, social pup who will melt your heart. Since entering foster care, she has shown a calm, composed demeanor and has adjusted steadily to a quieter, more stable life. 🌿 Temperament & Behavior Malgeum is a quiet and independent dog who prefers to mind her own business. She shows little interest in other dogs and generally ignores them rather than engaging. She does not do well with cats and may attempt to chase them if she sees one. With children, she is tolerant and gentle. Even when a child touches her, she remains calm and still, showing no signs of aggression. 🚶 Walking & Daily Life Malgeum follows an outdoor-only potty routine and is fully accustomed to doing her business outside. Her overall demeanor is calm and self-contained. She is not demanding of attention and is comfortable spending time on her own. 🏡 Habits & Training Malgeum is well-adjusted to daily routines and does not exhibit problematic behaviors. Currently being treated for Malassezia in the ear. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Dorang was rescued from a dogslaughter farm in Gunsan along with #AdogsDodam and #AdogsDodo. She lived in constant fear, witnessing her friends being put down one by one. When finally rescued, Dorang quietly shed tears as if releasing all the fear she had endured. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Due to past trauma, she is very cautious around strangers and fears them. It would be better to allow her to have her own time until she gets trust with people than approaching her first. Allows touch on all parts of her body when people she trusts try to do. Is so affectionate that she wags her tail and shows her belly to be petted when making eye contact. * With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs at our center, particularly good with puppies. * With Cats: Doesn’t care that much about cats when seeing them. * Separation Anxiety: Unknown, as she currently lives in a group setting at our center. Doesn’t show any symptom of separation anxiety so far. * Potty Training: Uses pee pads well indoors and is also comfortable with outdoor potty. * Walks: Enjoys walking without pulling on the leash. * Hygiene: Accepts brushing well and needs a neck collar when she has toenails trimmed. * Car Sickness: Rests comfortably in the moving car without motion sickness. * Is impossible for strangers to touch her. Sometimes nips as a defessive sign at even familiar people when they do something she does not like, while touching her. * Is scared of and barks defensively at strangers.
