Story
Meet Bomi💕 Bomi was rescued from Korean city shelter along with her 7 babies. Her 7 puppies found their respective foster/forever homes and Bomi has been waiting for her family. * She has a lovable smile and soft cappuccino coat that makes her even more beautiful. 💕 * Separation anxiety : None * Potty training : Outdoor potty 100%. She always does her business at the same spot. * Energy Level (1~10): Lv. 1-2 * She is weary of strangers :( She is timid but she is happy to see people she knows and approaches with wagging tail.🥰 * She doesn’t bark when she sees other dogs. She slowly comes up to them. * She didn't bark and was quiet when she had guests at home. She didn't approach strangers just by observing them from afar, but she didn't bark. * She took a while to warm up to the other dogs at the foster home. * She is very timid girl. Needs some time to warm up with everything. * Please be patient with her. * Please move slowly and stay quiet as possible until she gets used to staying with you. * Successfully her nail! * She is a very curious girl. Let her explore the new world. * Currently she is practicing walkies. She is getting much better though. She gets scared of the manhole. Continuously needs leash training. * She is not a big fan of bathing, but she waits well until it's done. Pretty good at basic cleaning after walkies. She runs away when she sees the toothbrush but she accepts the situation as soon as it starts. * She prefers not to be held before. She is doing better and better. She doesn't bite. 💙Bomi's foster story 👉 @bomi_adogs

Story
Meet Dana🖤 She was brought to Korean city shelter pregnant and gave birth to 8 puppies. They were rescued all together. While all of well-raised puppies found their forever families and left the Adogs Center, only Dana stayed to wait for her family. * With People: Tends to be shy at first, but opens up quickly if people approach her slowly. Once she feels comfortable, she becomes affectionate and enjoys asking people to pet her. Due to some past trauma, she is a bit afraid of adult men. * With Dogs: Gets along well with her dog friends without any issues, but she may growl with jealousy if another dog intervenes. She is currently undergoing training to manage her anger when a dog friend doesn’t respond to her invitation to play. * Potty Training: Has only outdoor potty breaks at the center. * Growls from time to time when she feels jealous of another dog friend or if the dog ignores her signal to play, so caution is necessary. * Is afraid to be trapped alone in the room, so she needs separation anxiety training from the start.

Story
✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to New York & New Jersey💟 Meet a lovely girl, KkotBun!💙 💛Health Status💛 She is missing one lower tooth and appears to have a fractured right bottom canine, but it has no bearing on her ability to eat or day-to-day activities! * Towards People: She needs some time to warm up to people. Sudden or strong movements scare her, so that she needs time to adjust and let people be at her side quietly. She's started taking treats from hands lately and opening up bit by bit. She takes treats very cautiously because she does not want to nibble on them. * Towards Dogs: She got along well with other dogs at the Adogs center. She preferred to spend time by herself in a shaded spot and take in some fresh air instead of approaching other dogs to play first. She hasn't met any in her foster home. * Separation Anxiety: She's fine being alone even when her foster family is out! * House training: She only does indoor potty as she can't go for walks yet. She's 100% with the pads, and sometimes she tries to conceal her pee or poop with her nose. * Hygiene: She waits patiently during bathing but gets a bit scared of the hairdryer noise. * Walking: She hasn't gone on walks due to the risk of getting lost. * Car Sickness: She gets a little car sick. 💌Special Notes💌 * She's quiet, calm, and independent. She becomes active when her family is out. * She's afraid of household noises like plastic bag crinkling or object falling. A calm and quiet environment would be ideal to her. * She does not mind being petted or having her paws touched but is afraid of being picked up, which may lead to nipping someone. * She eats a bit slowly due to her picky taste.

Story
**Dream is fostered with Bori in Vernon,NJ** Meet Dream🩵 Dream was rescued from the Gimje Shelter along with his mother, Soonja, and six siblings. After being adopted internationally with #AdogsBori (#어독스별이), they were neglected, which led to them being taken in by a compassionate foster home. Bori already met her forever home but Dream is still stay in foster home. * Toward People: Is wary of strangers but warms up with a greeting and a treat. May bark at people in dark clothes or running. Becomes affectionate after a day or two, offering kisses and showing his belly. * Toward Dogs: Shows little interest in other dogs, but his excitement levels may rise if the other dogs are energetic. It's good to be cautious. * Toward Cats: Diplays no significant interest in cats and could likely live in a home with cats without issues. * Separation Anxiety: Does well alone at home, perhaps because he lives with another dog. Enjoys looking out the window when alone. * House Training: Goes for regular walks three or four times a day for his bathroom needs. Uses pee pads when urgent or at early hours. Occasionally makes pee mitakes but is improving with training. There are no marking issues. * Hygiene: Is calm during baths and brushing. Allows nail trimming by someone who he trusts. * Walking: Walks well in sync but may pull on the leash in new places or if he needs to potty urgently. Is interested in other animals he encounters but does not chase them. His reactions to other dogs can vary depending on the other dog's excitement level, so caution is needed. * Car Sickness: Gets nervous and pants in the car. 💌Special Notes💌 * Has mastered commands like "sit," "hand," "high five," and "turn around." * Barks loudly when he hears loud noises or when unfamiliar people enter the home, but is generally quiet. * Exhibits defensive behavior such as mouthing gently without causing pain, when he dislikes specific actions like nail trimming, tick removal or being held. * Shows possessiveness over toys and food, and tries to defend his guardians when new dogs run to them. Has a voracious appetite and may try to take food from other dogs, requiring attention in these situations. Does well eating near dogs he knows well. * Needs to avoid duck meat, which causes him diarrhea. Prefers beef and chicken. 💜 Foster's Instagram: @ggomul_3

Meet Yeoreum💕 (It means summer in Korean) * Toward People: Likes people, but lacks sufficient familiarity. Is not used to be petted, but she would open up to people if they pet her often and gently!🩷 * Toward Dogs: Has a good relationship with others! Gets along well with other dogs.🥰 * Separation Anxiety & Potty Training: Does outdoor potty at the Adogs center. 💌Special Note💌 We are unable to determine the extent of separation anxiety and potty training as she is still living in a center environment with group living. ❗Rescue Story❗ Yeoreum is one of the dogs that Adogs rescued from a dog meat farm. Even though she had the terrible memories of witnessing other dogs being killed one by one in a dog farm, she overcame it and is doing good at the Adogs Center.

Story
Meet Yangpa🤍 (It means onion in Korean) Yangpa was brought to the shelter in 2022, and during her year-long stay, a hernia developed, prompting an immediate rescue. Hernia surgery went well and the lump on her hind legs was removed successfully. She is currently healthy and in good shape. * Toward People: Good. Wags her tail at the sight of people. * Toward Dogs: Shows little interest in other dogs. No trouble with other dogs, since he quietly growls to show he doesn't want to be bothered if bothered by them. * Separation Anxiety: Is unknown since she lives with other dogs at the Center.. * Potty Training: Only does outdoors since she lives in the center. * Hygiene: Tolerates bathings and having a hair cut nicely. She doesn't like trimming her nails, but she doesn't overreact, and she takes ear-cleaning well. * Walks: Excellent on walks. Occasionally stops and looks off into space but walks in step side by side. * Car Sickness: Enjoys vehicle rides without experiencing motion sickness, and enters the car on her own when required. 💌Special Note💌 * Due to her voracious appetite, it is recommended that she be fed alone in a secluded area. * not so comfortable with new dogs, so it would be ideal to be adopted as the only pet. * As she is quite aged, her skin can be a bit oily. * Others: Microchipped, heartworm negative upon retest, surgery to hernia and lump done, dental scaling done and 8 teeth extracted. * Displays indications of aging including head mentis and spine malfunction, but no issues at all regarding day-to-day living.
