Story
**This is a courtesy listing for Frosted Faces, Vintage Paws Animal Rescue** Say hello to Noble & Majesty! This adorable Poodle-mix duo is looking for a home together in Phoenix, Az. They have been through a lot together already and we would love to keep them as a pair. Both dogs were found severely matted and dirty, running around a mountain preserve. They were taken in by a good samaritan and brought to the rescue. Noble is the male and weighs 15.6 pounds. Majesty is the female and weighs 13.8 pounds. They are both estimated between one and one-and-a-half-years-old, and may be siblings. Both dogs are shy at first which isn't surprising considering the journey they have already endured. They warm up once they know you and are happy for lap time and gentle pets. Noble and Royal would do best in a home with no small children, as they can be skittish. They need a family who will be patient as they become a part of the home, and learn things like potty and leash-training. We don't know much about this duo's past that led them to wandering around a mountain for clearly quite awhile, but we do hope that their future will be royal indeed. 3 The duo's adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations up to date including Rabies certificate, and microchip. Story
Say hello to Henry! Henry is an approximately seven-year-old, 16-pound male Shih-Tzu mix, available for adoption in Phoenix Az at Chi Town Rescue. Sadly, this is not Henry's first go-round with looking for a forever family. Henry was adopted quite a few years ago from us, but recently turned up as a matted and dirty stray near a homeless shelter in Bisbee. We contacted his owner who said that she had given him to her brother and could not care for him anymore. One of our amazing volunteers took a road trip to Bisbee and brought Henry back to Chi Town Rescue, safe and ready to find a true forever this time around. Henry is a happy, fun, and friendly adult/senior dog. He is social with people and loves cuddle time and hugs. He is also social with other dogs and enjoys play-prancing and a little wrestle-time; bring your dog from home in to see if they will be buddies! Henry also enjoys squeaky toys, fetch, and walks (he walks great on leash). You may have noticed Henry's adorable underbite. We want to mention that per our clinic, Henry does not need a dental at this time; the coloring on his teeth is staining and not tartar. Henry is a great dog who has had the misfortune of finding himself without a home, through no fault of his own. If you've been looking for a mature but fun little dog and can commit to Henry forever, why not come meet him?! Henry's adoption fee includes vaccinations up to date including Rabies certificate, prior neuter surgery, and microchip. Email chitownrescue@gmail.com for more information/meet and greet appointment.  January 10, 2026, 9:18 pm

Story
Meet Marco! Marco is an approximately three-and-a-half-years-old male Poodle mix, weighing around fifteen-pounds. Marco was found as a stray on the job site of our shelter director (smart guy knew where to go for help). Marco was too shy to come to the humans, so we had to humanely trap him. He is a street savvy guy and avoided the trap for a few days! Marco was dirty and matted and no owner came forward for him, so he is now officially adoptable through Chi Town Rescue. Marco is a bit shy at first but happy to meet a new friend if you go slow. He enjoys the company of other dogs and will even get in on the play zoomies! We don't know much about Marco's past, but we know that his future is looking much brighter. Could you be Marco's forever family? Email us at chitownrescue@gmail.com for more information/meet and greet appointment. Marco's adoption fee includes neuter surgery, vaccinations up to date including Rabies certificate, and microchip.January 14, 2026, 2:23 am
