Meet Stormy — 12 Pounds of Pure Love! 🐾❤️ Stormy may have had a rough start, but this teeny-tiny sweetheart is ready for her happily ever after! At approximately 2–4 years old and just 12 pounds, this Shih Tzu mix is a forever baby with so much love to give. She came to us from Louisville Metro Animal Services after being found as a stray in pretty rough shape. Thanks to some much-needed TLC, she’s feeling great and ready to find her forever family! 💕 Here’s why you’ll love Stormy: 🐾 House-trained AND crate-trained 🐾 Loves kids 🐾 Dog-friendly 🐾 Cat-friendly with a little time to adjust 🐾 Walks nicely on a leash 🐾 Great car companion 🐾 Fully vetted and ready for adoption Stormy has already proven she’s a little survivor. Now she’s ready to trade her rough beginnings for a lifetime of cozy beds, belly rubs, and unconditional love.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Senior to Senior Adoption Candidate!  (Matching senior dogs with senior people!  We pay their vet bills when you use our Northern KY vet.  The adopter provides food, home and love! Adoption fee waived)Dezi is a male, 14 year old, 13.8 pound, mostly cream colored bundle of love Shi-Tzhu.  For his age, is very spry.  Walks nicely with a leash for short walks and loves car rides.  Raised in a loving home until his elderly owner could no longer care for him.  From his Foster Mom:  Dezi is a sweet, loving dog that gets along with other dogs as long as he's not sitting on your lap or near you when another dog comes near. If that happens, he becomes very protective.  He's been used to being the one and only and sharing his owner is not part of his DNA at this time. Will sleep in a crate but preference is to sleep with his owner.  Loves being outdoors and playing with his tennis ball. He has started going to the door when he wants out.  Dezi is starting to use pee pads like our other dogs.  Has a good appetite....not much of a kibble eater.  Has a little trouble navigating steps .....eyesight a little dim...but goes down and up on his own with coaxing or when following other dogs.  Loves belly rubs.  Up to date on all shots, neutered and microchipped. Would make someone a sweet companion.Do you have room in your heart and home for this sweet senior?  Adoption fee: $100Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 2, 2026, 12:41 pm
