Siamese kittens & cats in Deltona, Florida

I've had Gremlin since he was born. He's almost 3 years old now. He's sweet and needy and loves to cuddle and nap. He also fully embodies his own name, and is a gremlin by nature. He's gluttonous and a little dumb, and he loves to play. His favorite toys are springs and rope/strings, and he likes to chew on silvervine sticks. He's been living with 3 dogs and 2 other cats his whole life so he's comfortable with other pets, but he's a little anxious with strangers and will need time to warm up. He unfortunately has urinary blockage issues and is on a prescription diet. He is currently due for vaccines, as well as his annual blood work for his urinary diet prescription. I am unemployed now and simply can't afford to maintain his diet longterm anymore. And now that my husband is traveling for work constantly, Gremlin is always stressed out and nothing I do helps. I just want to find someone who will love him as much as I do and will be able to give him the care and attention he needs.

Rusty originally came to us because he was dumped, in a carrier with a red Chistmas ball attached to it, at Pet Supermarket. He was discovered near closing time. He was adopted. A year later I got a frantic call from his adopted yelling that she spent $350 at a vet( that we did not recommend), she was done with him. I told her to meet me at my vet with him now. When I arrived, the entire staff was already upset with owner. Rusty was in a room and owner already signed paperwork to have him put down. He was given the 1st of 2 injections. Owner put him in my arms and left. Like left the building, left the parking lot. I looked into his eyes. I could not do this. I was in tears. He was not ready to leave. I called my rescue sisters for advise. Rusty had a urinary blockage. Owner had recently had him shaved. ( It was winter!!!) In some cats, intense, ongoing stress can cause physical issues. That was the case for Rusty. My rescue sisters and I were all in agreement, if our vet could reverse the 1st shot we'd do whatever it took to heal his body and heart. I never ran so fast to get one if the vet techs yo take Rusty in the back to the vet to begin healing him. He was in the hospital 3 days and reblocked. We took him back. I rang in the New Year with Rusty at Veterinary Emergency Center of East Volusia 2023. He has since been in a loving home but due to owner health issues he needs to find a new home. He is exceptionally loving and affectionate, has not had any health issues but is not fond of dogs. Ghost is a 2-year-old flame point Siamese cat. He's a handsome boy with a cream-colored coat and striking blue eyes. Ghost can be a little shy at first, but once he warms up, he's a very sweet and loving cat. ​He's looking for a calm and loving home where he can feel safe.
