This beautiful little toasted marshmallow was found hanging out in a feral cat colony in Lilburn. After getting her fixed as a feral, her rescuer quickly discovered that she is not only gorgeous, but incredibly affectionate! They just could not bring themselves to put her back outside, so we are now searching for a forever home where she can live the indoor life she clearly craves! Penelope acts like she has never met a stranger - she loves attention and wants to be pet and cuddled by everyone. Give her a chance, and she is sure to win your heart! She’s affectionate in her own charming way—head-butting her foster’s face for attention, leaning into pets, and seeking out playtime constantly.
