Story
Reese was acquired as a young kitten in North Carolina and has been raised in a home environment where he has learned to be comfortable around people and everyday household routines. He is still young (around 2 years) and has plenty of playful energy, curiosity, and affection to give. Reese has a gentle, sweet personality and enjoys attention on his own terms. He’s affectionate, observant, and smart, and he does well in a calm, patient home where he can feel secure and loved. He would thrive with someone who understands cats and is willing to give him time to settle in and bond. I am looking for a stable, loving home where Reese will be a valued part of the family and receive consistent care, attention, and enrichment. His well-being and long-term happiness are the top priority. Adjectives to describe Reese: sweet, curious, affectionate, gentle, playful, and intelligent.

Story
Hello! We are a group of college students who found Juna on our doorstep and took her in last October. The vets estimated she was 4-6 months old at the time, so she's about a year and a half old now! Most of us are moving away after college, and aren't ready to commit to owning a cat long-term, so we'd like to find her a home to settle down in. While we've had her, Juna has been fully vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped, and she has no problem using a standard litterbox! She is a super playful cat - she's always ready to chase after fishing rod toys and loves hiding around corners to surprise people. Juna isn't always in the mood for petting (she'll think it's playtime if you pet her out of nowhere), but she'll come up and ask for gentle pets on her head and back - and she's very cuddly first thing in the morning. One thing to note: We did find Juna FIV positive, so she needs to stay inside and shouldn't play with FIV negative cats.

Story
My name is Sandra and I'm searching for my forever home.  I love humans but will need an a little shy at first.  I haven’t been around other cats except for my sister Valentina. Therefore I will need to be a single cat in the home.  This will make my transition into your home much easier on me and you. I lived with some really sweet children who treated me well so I'm used to being with a family.  If you're ready for a really sweet and loving kitty, I'm the one for you. I will need time to adjust in my new home just like any other kitty.   January 12, 2026, 1:22 pm

Story
Slate is a beautiful little lady kitty. She was living in an outdoor cat colony and was friendly enough to be brought into rescue and given a chance at living the good life indoors.  Slate would do best as an only kitty but has lived with dogs before.  She can be shy at first but likes attention and pets once she trusts you.  Slate is fully vetted and is ready for her happy ever after to come find her. Story
HOPE — The Cross-Eyed Lovebug & Little Miracle Personality: Affectionate • Ultra-Confident • Gentle • Smart • Purr Machine Hope’s story is nothing short of legendary. She was trapped inside a church, completely ignored by the owners, tiny, scared, and alone. For 48 long hours, we weren’t able to reach her. But with persistence, teamwork, and a whole community turning over every stone imaginable, we finally opened a tiny hole and brought her to safety. And it was worth every second — because out came a tiny baby miracle who has never stopped spreading love and joy. Hope has a slightly cross-eyed gaze that makes her impossible not to adore. Her soft, cirpy little meow is a far cry from the terrified cries she used while trapped, and her stunning eyes follow you everywhere, giving slow blinks of trust and affection. Like all the Little Legends, she is a non-stop purring machine, a bundle of warmth and love wherever she goes. Hope is a cuddle-obsessed, social butterfly. She makes friends instantly, with humans, kittens, and cats alike, and will happily join any cuddle puddle, including laps that already have kittens snuggled in them. She particularly adores Jane, always playing and napping together, sharing warmth and love. She will follow you everywhere, curling up beside you, on your chest, or next to your neck, and she especially loves cozy heated beds like Zoy’s soft pad. Despite being tiny, Hope is fearlessly confident and gentle. She keeps up with playtime effortlessly, wrestling with even the largest kittens who are double her size. She loves kisses — both giving and receiving — and her affectionate head bumps and purrs will melt your heart. She is also super smart, a pro at food puzzles, endlessly curious, and mesmerized by cat TV, which she can watch for hours. Hope even enjoyed her Christmas photoshoot, making friends, purring, and giving head bumps to everyone she met — clearly showing she was born to charm the world. Why She’s a Little Legend Hope survived impossible odds and emerged as a grateful, affectionate, playful, and incredibly smart kitten. She embodies the true spirit of the Little Legends: resilient, loving, joyful, and endlessly entertaining. Her cross-eyed charm, gentle confidence, and unwavering affection make her completely unforgettable. If you’re ready for a kitten who will purr, cuddle, wrestle, give kisses, play smart games, mesmerize you with cat TV, make friends instantly, charm everyone with head bumps, and fill your heart with joy every day, Hope is your miraculous little lovebug. Hope is estimated to be 3 mo old as of Dec 26 2025 and fully vetted: neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, defleaed, and microchipped. He tested negative for FIV, FeLV and heartworms. Check out more photos and videos of Hope here: Silvia Photo Album Hope is a kitten and must be adopted with one of her siblings, foster friends, or into a home with another young or playful cat for companionship. She really loves his foster sister Dian but he will quickly make friends with any kitty! Here is some information about why we have this policy: Two kittens are better than one For a pair of kittens we apply a $25 discount from each adoption fee.
