Meet Dierdre, a resilient and gentle girl with a heart full of potential! 💕 She was rescued from a property overrun with sick, feral cats, and we knew she was still young enough to learn that people can be safe and trusted. With patience, consistency, and a whole lot of love, Dierdre slowly began to come out of her shell—and once she did, her sweet and silly personality started to shine through! Dierdre will still need a long, gentle adjustment period in her new home, but with time and love, we know she will grow into a truly wonderful companion! She thrives when she feels safe and secure, and for that reason, we would love for Dierdre to be adopted with her sister Regan. Together, they help each other feel brave, comforted, and ready for their next chapter!

I like to take my time getting to know new people and places, but once I feel safe, I’m very friendly and enjoy being around my person. You’ll often find me curled up in a cozy little nook, watching the world go by or enjoying a peaceful nap. I’m pretty independent and would likely be happiest as your one-and-only pet, where I can truly settle in at my own pace. I’ll need a little patience as I adjust to a new home, but if you give me the time and kindness I need, I’ll reward you with my gentle, sweet companionship.
