Hi, I'm Ghost. Yes I hiss. Yes I act tough. And yes, the second you touch my ears I completely fall apart and turn into a purring puddle. I'm a work in progress but I'm getting better every day. I love to play, I love to wrestle, and I love food, a lot. I just need someone who can see past the tough guy act to the sweet boy underneath. He's in there, I promise. Approach me with treats, a little patience, and zero judgment about the hissing and we're going to get along just fine. A little about this litter... These four came to us as feral kittens and have worked so hard to learn that people are pretty great. They still need a calm, patient home where they can come to you on their own terms, loud or busy environments will make that harder. They've never lived with dogs or other cats, and while that could work with time and slow introductions, it won't happen overnight. ~6 years old. He and his sister are the SWEETEST cats ever. They would be happy snuggling with you all day if they could. He is so chill and snuggles with dogs or cats doesn’t matter. The only reason we are rehoming is because our son is allergic. He needs special cat food for urinary health. I adopted them from my sister’s cats litter. They are still playful and it’s really cute to watch them chase lasers back and forth (they love that and it gives them some exercise), but passed the zoomie stage of kittenhood. They’re inside only cats and have both been fixed since they were less than a year old. We have a self cleaning litter box, cat tree, and carrier they would come with. I would prefer them to go together because they have been together since birth. They love everyone they meet, so if you’d like to meet them or have questions let me know!

Hi, I'm Blue, a lilac point snowshoe mix male. I was scared and depressed at the shelter, so I came to the Stray Connection. It took me a good bit of time to relax, but these pics should show that I've mastered relaxation. I've even become a lap cat. I'm about 1.5 years old (DOB about 12/1/2024. Even though I've come around very well, I would likely prefer a home without the commotion that goes with young children. I don't know about dogs, but I suspect I wouldn't mind dogs, especially the big gentle type. Blue loves her people and is a definite lap kitty. She has great manners and excellent litter box habits. He is neutered, current on his distemper and rabies vaccines, wormed, negative for Felv/FIV, and microchipped. He’s healthy, happy, and ready for a new permanent home.
