Story
Mirabel and Rumor are gorgeous flame-point Siamese mix littermates about 10-12 weeks old (DOB about 4/25/26).  Rumor is short-haired and male, and Mirabel is a longer-haired famel.  They are a bonded pair who do everything together.  They LOVE everyone as soon as they meet them.  They are VERY playful and active.  They love to play with toys or other cats and are never bored.  They like to be held and to snuggle.  They get along well with cats, and I think they'd be great with dogs and kids.  They are negative for feline leukemia and aids, had their first distemper vaccine, been wormed, had advantage for fleas, and been vet checked and spayed or  neutered.  Additional vaccines included in adoption fee.  We plan to adopt AS A PAIR them to LOCAL adopters, which we define as no more than 2 hours away (closer preferred).  If interested in these cutie pies, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 (Land line) or hhfrey1@tds.net  We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. The majority of our cats and kittens come from high kill shelters. Through our application and interview process, we strive to make the 'purrfect' match to insure a loving, lifelong home for those in our care. We do NOT receive funding from any national organization, federal or state governments.July 2, 2026, 3:09 pm

Story
Ken is a handsome lilac-pt Siamese Snowshoe mix male about 1 year old (DOB about 7/1/25).  He was brought to a local veterinarian by someone who apparently found him and thought he needed to be humanely euthanized. He was extremely emaciated and dehydrated and appeared to have an injured paw. The doctor thought she could get him healthy again and asked the Stray Connection to sponsor his recovery and routine vetting.  He is doing well now and is ready for a new home. He does still limp a bit but has had physical therapy that helped. He is initially a bit cautious of people (and probably rightly so,  given his story), but he warms up super fast. He should do well with cats, older children, and nice dogs. Ken is negative for feline leukemia and aids, current on his distemper had his first distemper vaccine, been wormed, treated for fleas, vet checked and neutered.  If interested in this cutie pie, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 (land line) or hhfrey1@tds.net  We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. Story
Hi, I'm Blue, a lilac point snowshoe mix male. I was scared and depressed at the shelter, so I came to the Stray Connection. It took me a good bit of time to relax, but these pics should show that I've mastered relaxation. I've even become a lap cat. I'm about 1.5 years old (DOB about 12/1/2024). Even though I've come around very well, I would likely prefer a home without the commotion that goes with young children. I don't know about dogs, but I suspect he wouldn't mind dogs, especially the big gentle type.  Blue loves his people and is a definite lap kitty. He has great manners and excellent litter box habits.  He is neutered, current on his distemper and rabies vaccines, wormed, negative for Felv/FIV, and microchipped.  He’s healthy, happy, and ready for a new permanent home.   If interested in this wonderful Siamese, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 (Land line) or hhfrey1@tds.net.   We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. Story
Meet Manicotti, a beautiful young adult Snowshoe Siamese mix who has completed her mom job. She came to a local shelter as a stray along with several kittens. She's a friendly girl, but we think that she is seeking a home without children. She does very well with the other cats and would probably hold her own with nice dogs. Manicotti is negative for feline leukemia and aids, current on her distemper and rabies vaccines, been wormed, had revolution for fleas, and been vet checked, spayed, and microchipped.  If interested in this cutie pie, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 (Land line) or hhfrey1@tds.net. We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. Story
~6 years old. He and his sister are the SWEETEST cats ever. They would be happy snuggling with you all day if they could. He is so chill and snuggles with dogs or cats doesn’t matter. The only reason we are rehoming is because our son has developed an allergy. I adopted them from my sister’s cats litter. They are still playful and it’s really cute to watch them chase lasers back and forth (they love that and it gives them some exercise), but passed the zoomie stage of kittenhood. They’re inside only cats and have both been fixed since they were less than a year old. We have a self cleaning litter box, cat tree, and carrier they would come with. I would prefer them to go together because they have been together since birth. They love everyone they meet, so if you’d like to meet them or have questions let me know! Note: we have the brother on an easily accessible preventative urinary health food. He’s used to it and I’d recommend it for him since he’s a chunk. Overall healthy kitties!
