Story
Meet Meiko, a lovable 11-year-old seal point Siamese who is ready to bring joy, snuggles, and plenty of conversation into your home! Meiko loves spending his days curled up with his favorite humans, sharing lots of "chatty" meows to keep you entertained. With the agility of a much younger cat, he loves to leap, explore, and have a little fun around the house. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet afternoon or a cozy nap on the couch, Meiko will be right there by your side! Meiko was rescued in July 2024 from a rural environment after his previous owner sadly passed away. Though he was once a part-time indoor cat, he’s now living as an indoor-only companion due to his FIV status. He’s in perfect health otherwise and has received a full vet checkup, with all records, lab results, and insurance information ready to go to his new home. As much as Meiko loves people, he prefers to be the only feline in the household, making him the ideal companion for someone who wants a one-on-one relationship.

Story
Aether has been around our neighborhood for almost a year now. He showed up on our door step 10/19. He was extremely thin & beat up. We got him into the house with pets & food. He has been living in a kennel. We posted him in the local shelter groups & called animal control. When I took him into get treated, we found no chip. He tested positive for Feline immunodeficiency virus. So he needs a house that already has cats that have this or needs to be a single indoor household cat. I am willing to help with his care to ensure he just gets to a loving home. His constant companion has become my 75lbs German Shepherd. Who doesn't know her own strength, very high energy, rough & loud. He gives her head butts through the bars before remembering he should be scared & hissing. But then they are right back to taking naps together. Dog is not included in adpotion.

Story
Cat Stevens (but we also just call him Kitty) was my former childhood pet but I was forced to give him away to a friend but now she cannot take care of him anymore. He’s 17 and very lazy and chatty. What we’re looking for in a home is someone who is willing to give him constant attention because he’s gotten very dependent mainly because he’s half blind and it’s very hard to see for him which makes him cry a lot. He’s close to having hyperthyroidism which also tends to make him meow a lot too. Once he warms up to you he can quickly get attached and enjoy laying in your lap but he does shed his fur everywhere. He doesn’t scratch at furniture but if he doesn’t know where his litter box is then he’ll find someplace inside your living space.

Story
Meet Marble! Marble has been in our care for over a year and a half now. She came to us with 5 beautiful kittens. Marble is Semi-Feral. But there is something extra special about her. She wants to trust humans and shows interest but is still very hesitant. Marble's DOB is 6-22-22. Marble has been with her foster family for just under a year. She follows them around and is very curious. She will smell your hand if you hold it up to her and on occasion give you a few licks. She has "almost" rubbed up against her foster mom and dad. She seems to like her foster dad more than her mom. She has even snuggled up against his feet a couple of times. But for the most part, Marble just likes to observe you from a distance. She doesn't hide. In fact she is almost always waiting at the door for you. But if you try and pet her, she will run. And you may even get a whap (she always gives warnings first). Marble does great with other cats. Many foster cats have come and gone this past year since she has been in her foster family's care, she seems to like them all and has even favored a few. She will play a game that her foster family likes to call "Thall shall not pass". Sometimes she will whap at the other cats when they try and exit a particular room. She never hurts them though. If you are looking for a very low maintenance cat, that wants to be in the same room with you, but not next to you. Marble is your girl. The adoption fee for Marble is $189 and includes Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Pyrantel deworming, Frontline flea treatment and routine vaccinations (excluding rabies). Thank you for your interest in this sweet kitty! Story
This cat was one of our kittens from a previous litter of my daughters cat. My daughter has since moved out and left the cat with us, but we have to care for children and one is very allergic to cats. I need to find a home for him. Lately, his hair has been falling out. I don't know why. I don't see any sores just missing hair. He also has been spraying in the house for some reason. I can no longer have this cat in the house nor can I afford his care. I'm not asking for any money or fees. Just needs to be with someone who can provide more attention to him.

Story
Roger is a sweet, affectionate boy who craves attention and play. He is a 5 year old Lynx point Siamese, athletic and smart, constantly seeking new types of enrichment. Roger is incredibly clever and he loves to come up with new ways to play. His breed is known for becoming very attached to their owners, and Roger very much fits that description. In Roger's case this can lead to deep separation anxiety. He was adopted in San Diego in 2020 and has had a hard time adjusting after we moved to Seattle in 2023. Roger loves hard but when he fears that love might leave him, he will fight to keep his owner nearby. Sometimes this can lead to incidents of scratching and biting. I believe that there is a combination of medication and quiet environment that can help to stabilize Roger, and unfortunately I am not the right person to provide it. He deserves another chance and the person who can help him will see their investment of effort rewarded very lovingly.
