Story
Dindi, pronounced as Jinji, is about 10 years old. We rescued her as a kitten from our backyard. Dindi is a great cat that loves cuddles and treats and needs a quiet home without kids or other pets. She’s very shy but does well with 1 or 2 people. We love her dearly but we now have a toddler and other cats and she is just very unhappy with the noise and activity. Because we want Dindi to be happy and well cared for we will keep her indefinitely until the right person comes along for her. Once that happens we will also always be willing to take her back if that person can no longer care for her.

Story
Oscar is a charming senior cat looking for a quiet home. He’s approximately 10 years old and has beautiful flame-point markings. Oscar would thrive as the only pet in the household, though he would be okay with a respectful, cat-savvy dog. Oscar loves humans, especially the teenage boy in our family, and he’ll come up to you if he’s not getting enough cuddles! Like most cats, he enjoys attention on his terms and would like to live with a cat-savvy human who understands feline body language. He’s currently an indoor-outdoor kitty but is litter-box trained and would be fine indoors only. Unfortunately, the other animals in our home are causing Oscar a lot of stress which leads to bladder infections. We are moving in June and think he would be happier with a calmer, more predictable lifestyle where he’ll get lots of love and attention. If you're looking for a companion who will keep you entertained with his vocal personality and demand for affection, Oscar is the perfect cat for you!

Story
Clyde is the a very sweet and affectionate kitty. He is 2 years old and has been a part of our family since he was 8 weeks old. He came into our lives after a friend of mine rescued his mom. We adopted Clyde along with 2 of his brothers from this same litter. Unfortunately Clyde and his 2 brothers do not get along. This has led to a great deal of stress for Clyde that has impacted his physical health. He has struggled with urinary crystals that ultimately led to hospitalization for urinary obstruction. Due to the diagnosis of sterile cystitis and urinary crystals Clyde will need to remain on a life long urinary diet. It is also important that measures are taken to reduce any environmental stressors for Clyde. Given his relationship with his 2 brothers, I don’t think we can provide a low stress home for him. This has been an extremely difficult decision for our family to make but I think finding a new home for Clyde would give him the opportunity to thrive that he so deserves.
