They must have either an approved foster or adopter in order to confirm their spot on the transport. From his foster: Mateo was one of 3 cats rescued from the streets in very bad condition. As he has been fostered, he has also healed and become stronger. He is very playful and is living with other cats. He has been exposed to dogs and has been fine with them. He is ready for a cozy forever home! Of note, when Mateo was found he had a bad injury by his left eye. It has since healed and Mateo has no long-term effects.
