Story
Est DOB: 6/18/2024 Adoption Fee: $109 Wanda is a beautiful Siamese with striking looks and a personality to match. She’s an intelligent, expressive girl who knows what she likes—and isn’t shy about letting you know when something doesn’t suit her. Because Wanda can be a bit temperamental, she’s looking for a quiet, calm home with no young children. She does best with patient adults who can read feline body language and respect her boundaries. In the right environment, Wanda settles in and shows her affectionate side on her own terms. The adoption fee includes: Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Pyrantel deworming, Frontline flea treatment, and routine vaccinations (excluding rabies). Cat/kitten will be spayed/neutered before released to go home. Start the application process here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SSAR/Cat PLEASE NOTE: Sunny Skys is open by appointment only. Adoption applications must be approved prior to meeting dogs or cats. For other questions please send an email to info@sunnyskysshelter.org for information on a meet and greet as well as application procedures.

Story
Meet Buttons! Adoption App: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat Buttons is the definition of affection. If you're looking for a cat who truly bonds with her people, she's your girl. She loves being close-whether that's curling up beside you on the couch, following you from room to room, or gently nudging you for pets. She doesn't just want to be in your home; she wants to be part of everyday life. Buttons came from a severe animal hoarding situation, where she did not receive the individual care and attention every cat deserves. This sweet girl has a wonderful temperament and fits beautifully into a variety of homes. She does great with other cats, kids, and even gets along well with dogs. Buttons is social, adaptable, and thrives in a loving environment where she can soak up attention and companionship. If you're searching for a loving companion who will happily be your shadow and your snuggle buddy, Buttons is ready to fill your home with warmth and purrs. Buttons is ~1.5 year old, spayed, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and in great health. She does a great job of keeping her litterbox tidy. All she needs now is her forever home! Buttons is currently in Houston, Texas but can be transported to the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, Colorado, or locations along their route. The adoption application can be found here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat --- ABOUT OUR ADOPTION FEES: Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, and transportation costs. Also, when you adopt from ROSES Rescues, you’re doing more than giving your new family member a home. Each adoption fee sponsors a cat on the streets of Houston to get fixed, helping end the cycle of overpopulation in a rough environment. We thank you so much for your contribution to our efforts!
