Story
Sampson is a very cuddly snowshoe Siamese. Chatty, but usually only when hungry. Loves to sit on your lap or chest. He has been missing most of his teeth for some time, so he does require wet food, he loves the fancy feast slices. We are rehoming as he does not handle toddlers well, and we have two. He does best when he can be the center of attention, this includes other cats and dogs.

Story
Hello! My name is Snow and I am a white tabby/Siamese mix. i am a super sweet little boy in Houston Texas. I had a family once but I heard they were having some issues with the place we used to live in and one day they picked up everything and they forgot to put me in the car and drove away. Luckily, my neighbor found me and saw I was not an outside cat and she has been taking care of me since then. I don’t like to be on the street, I love to have a nice soft place where I can sleep and do my rollies. I really like to watch cat tv (one day I’ll get the squirrels, i swear), I love to eat the fancy patê I get for diner but I also love regular cat food. I am not a fighter, I love every cat I meet, I just want to be friends, I am also used to dogs since my neighbor is one of those crazy dog ladies. I don’t like the trash truck noises or any big bus noise; usually I just hide away until they leave. I love my carrier, naps are really awesome in there. I am a little shy at the beginning but I am sure that in a few days I will be taking over your lap. Would you give me a chance to be part of your family? Can’t wait to meet you! I am fully vetted (rabies, FVRCP, felv vaccine, combo tested, microchipped, and neutered). My adoption fee is $500 and covers my vetting and transport up there. I am currently in Houston, TX until I have an adopter up in Washington. Once you fill out the application, and are approved we will meet on a virtual call. If you want to adopt me my transport will be arranged and it is usually about 2-3 weeks until I will be there. No adoption fee is collected until I am with you. Can’t wait to meet you my forever person!

Story
Hi! My name is MING and I am available for adoption.I was brought in by a good Samaritan on 05/13/2I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might need some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I will be a very devoted friend! My personality color is RED. I am a spirited cat with a fun-loving personality! I may be sensitive to handling, so I would do best in a home with a cat savvy family who knows when to give me some spaceI am an independent kitty who likes to do my own thing!I like getting attention on my own terms. I can get overstimulated with petting, so please move carefully with me and keep an eye out for signs that I might need a break.

Story
Meet Yoko! Yoko's owner recently passed away so she is looking for her next furrever home. She's a bit shy, and only likes a few pets at a time, but for the most part is just a sweetheart. She's done well with dogs up to 40 lbs, and loves her brother and sister siblings. She's also big on using her scratching posts! Are you the next furrever home for this sweetie? If so, she's available for adoption from her foster home. You can apply to adopt Yoko on our website at charmingpetrescue.orgIMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or $200 for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as ''Out of Town'' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. You can read more about transport here: www.charmingpetrescue.org/transportWe understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.June 3, 2023, 6:13 am
