Our Working Cat Program places cats who prefer minimal human interaction into safe, supportive environments where they can thrive while helping control rodents.Adopters must provide:•A secure structure that offers protection from the elements and predators•Access to natural light•Fresh food and water every day•A soft, dry, warm place for the cat to sleepThese cats may not want cuddles, but they do want a safe home—and they’ll repay you by keeping unwanted pests in checkPets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. Her litter box habits are pristine, and she’s a very tidy cat overall.During the day, Bumble Bee prefers cozy hiding spots—on top of the fridge or tucked inside cabinets—but at night she comes out to socialize, cuddle, and chat. She’s quite vocal and loves one-on-one attention. She does not enjoy being held or carried and prefers a calm, quiet household over groups of people.She eats both wet and dry food. She enjoys all brands of dry kibble and especially loves the Costco salmon, turkey, and chicken wet food variety pack. She isn’t a fan of tuna and prefers her wet meals warmed up a bit.Bumble Bee isn’t very toy-motivated and doesn’t use a scratching post much, but she makes up for it with her charming personality. Her foster’s favorite things about her are her cleanliness, her talkative nature, and her sleep schedule—she’s fairly nocturnal, sleeping from about 8 AM to 6 PM, which makes her a great match for someone who works during the day.Her main quirk is her enthusiasm for human food. She will try to nibble through bread bags and crowds warm meals, so she’ll need a home where food can be kept safely out of reach.Bumble Bee is an ideal companion for a working professional who appreciates a quiet, independent cat during the day and a cuddly, chatty friend in the evenings.

Hello, My baby Shadow is 3 years old, and he is giving to adoption just because he deserves a better home. No long ago my small family had to move into a new very small home that it doesn’t have enough space for any of us, and with this our cats are having struggles as anxiety and stress problems and some how the other cats stared to attack our black kitty., >>>>We really need a a lovely quiet, and calm place for him.<< Shadow is a lovely kitty, always giving love, but very very easy to scared, Shadow it will be the best fit for you if you are a person who needs company and love. Shadow, is not good with kids!! And just because they make him nervous and all those problems that I already mentioned before.

Mazi is 3 years old and very sweet. He doesn’t hiss or claw and loves people. He loves attention and cuddles and playing with toys. He was raised with our boarder collie and loves dogs.

Meet Apollo! His estimated DOB is 3/16/25. He does well with other cats. Apollo is currently with a foster in Tacoma From his foster: Meet a charming and independent boy who’s just waiting for the right person to help him shine. He may be a bit standoffish at first and isn’t a fan of being held, but once he feels comfortable, he’ll happily settle in for pets and reward you with the sweetest purrs. He’s fully litter trained and gets along wonderfully with other cats—in fact, he really thrives with feline companionship. He loves playing and wrestling with his cat friends (pipe cleaners are a favorite!), and you’ll often find him perched up high on his cat tower, keeping a watchful eye on his kingdom. This handsome guy will need a patient and understanding home that’s willing to give him the time and attention he deserves to come out of his shell. While he’s still building confidence with people, he has so much potential to grow into a loyal and loving companion with the right guidance. He’d do especially well in a calm home with another friendly cat and an adopter who sees the beauty in earning a shy cat’s trust.
