FOREVER FOSTER or ADOPTER WANTED:Chester is the sweetest little old man ever! It's common for aging pets to lose their vision, especially the poodle terrier type. Chester however was born blind. Chester was surrendered to our care through our Always Home program as his mom who had him for 12 years was ailing and placed into assisted care. Chester loves to be held and pet, in fact, when he hears your voice his tail wags with utter delight. He is a great eater and even likes to go for walks as long as you can help him navigate. Chester is potty trained, he likes having a little space to retreat to with a comfy bed, and he does best in a home that is minimalistic for navigation purposes. He is a really easy going dog and gets along with everyone he meets! It only takes a few minutes to complete our application at https://lionelslegacy.org/adopt/adoption-application/

We are so happy to introduce you to Toasted Marshmallow and thanks to the shelter his lab work and dental have been performed and he's available for adoption. He's been in a foster home for 2 weeks and this is what we've learned, Toasted Marshmallow is a delight! He has the energy of a much younger dog. I would say he's the most fun loving dog I've ever had live with me. He's so good, quiet, and lovable. He follows me around everywhere. Toasted Marshmallow checks all the boxes, except he hasn't been exposed to cats, but his demeaner tells us he would likely welcome any creature into his realm.Meet 13-year-old Toasted Marshmallow--named by my 13-year-old daughter because this adorable and fun-loving Maltese-Poodle (Maltipoo) has one rear brown paw from the dominating gene of the brown poodle. Marshmallow is healthy and loves to sleep in your lap after a playful round of scratch my butt. He is very obedient and when not receiving attention, he will quietly cuddle himself in his bed. Marshmallow was recently neutered and had a dental that removed many rotten teeth. He has healed quickly and is waiting patiently for his forever home and family.

Meet Pupcake, the cutest little guy you've ever seen! I mean he is near perfection and checks all the boxes. Good with other dogs, likes to go for walks, likes toys, playful, rides well in the car, a great eater, fusses when he needs something but not a barker, and potty trained! He likes to be held but isn't overly needy, he does enjoy being up on the couch and bed with you if you'll allow it. He recently went for an exam, labwork, and urinalysis and he our vets let us know he's in great shape, next step, a dental! In the meantime get your app in cause this little sweetie is gonna go fast!
