He has a few other masses, we are evaluating whether one large one can be removed. Due to his age and medical condition we are seeking a FORVER FOSTER for him in San Diego or Orange County. He was hesitant to be handled by people as there were probably few he could trust in his past. We took him to the groomer after allowing him to get settled in for a few days and this little guy is like a new man! He's enjoying pets and a compliant little guy.History: Exposed to parvo in the shelter and as a result at risk of euthanasia. Meet Snowflake! DOB: March 2025Weight: 8 lbsDisposition: Snowflake has already been through so much in her short little life. After her owner was told by their landlord that she couldn't stay, Snowflake was sadly offered for free on Craigslist in Los Angeles - putting this tiny girl in a very dangerous situation. Thankfully, a good Samaritan saw the post, stepped in to save her, and through a series of rescue connections, Snowflake found her way to The Barking Lot.Now safe in foster care, Snowflake is ready for the happy ending she deserves.Snowflake looks like a tiny Maltipoo mix and is absolutely adorable. She has spent her entire time with TBL in a loving foster home alongside several other small dogs and has done wonderfully. She can be nervous around larger dogs, but calm, gentle big dogs who are experienced with little pups may still be a good fit for her.Snowflake has also done well with respectful children. Her original rescuer had both a 5-year-old and a teenager, and Snowflake was sweet with them both. Because she's such a tiny girl, gentle handling is important.This little fluffball LOVES toys, enjoys playtime, and is just as happy curling up for cuddles.
