KENNEL ID #18804 Meet Liberty Liberty and her littermates were all easy to foster. Our rescue took in Gusto, Giacomo, Gia, and Greta in early January. Another rescue had planned to take Liberty, Tracker, and Zuma, but those plans fell through — and all three will now be coming to us. Liberty is a sweet, lovable pup with a gentle, thoughtful personality. She enjoys being around people and likes to quietly observe what’s happening around her. With her calm, easygoing nature, she’s truly a joy to have around. She’s affectionate without being overwhelming, playful without being wild, and has the kind of temperament that makes for an excellent family companion. Liberty’s mom is reported to be a Labrador Retriever / Pit Bull–type mix, weighing around 70 lbs. Her dad is believed to be a Lab / Cattle Dog mix. Liberty is expected to grow into a large dog, likely in the 75–85 lb range when fully grown. I recently lost my apartment and and in a shelter he is a emotional support animal. Traver is a 3-4 year old pit bull terrier mix. He’s a smaller guy, only about 35lbs. His large ears will catch your attention but his sweet personality is what will steal your heart. He was found as a neglected stray a month ago and despite trying to locate an owner, no one came forward or was found. With a little TLC, Traver’s beautiful personality began to shine through. He is very affectionate. Loves giving kisses and laying with you any chance he can get. He likes car rides, walks, running around in the yard, and playing with his toys. He can get a bit overstimulated by new people and environments which causes him to nibble a bit, so I dont recommend a home with small kids at this time but it’s a habit that can be fixed with some patience and has already improved a bit since we’ve been caring for him. I believe Traver would do best in a home by himself or one with dog(s) that can match his playful energy. Please consider giving him a loving home
