He’s located in Santa Barbara but can be transported anywhere in California.Through no fault of his own, Rocky is suddenly in need of a new home. Today, he received a full grooming and veterinary care—he’s being treated for skin mites, had complete bloodwork done, and will have a small skin tag above his eye removed soon. Rocky is a mellow, sweet, and quiet companion.
