She absolutely loves people and gets along beautifully with other dogs. Emilia has never met a stranger and is friendly and loving with everyone she meets. She loves playing with her toys, splashing in the water, and running around the yard with her doggy friends. She is playful and fun, but also very easy and well behaved. Emilia is already almost housebroken, crate trained, and doing wonderfully walking on a leash. She is smart, eager to learn, and such an easy puppy to have around. Max is a 5-year-old Standard Poodle who is ready to trade his barn-dog life for a cozy home where he can finally relax and be someone’s big, goofy snuggle bug. Max spent much of his life as a barn dog, and unfortunately, he was being attacked by another dog in the household. Because of this, he is looking for a new home where he can feel safe, secure, and truly be part of the family. Since Max is still getting used to all the things that come with being a house dog, he can occasionally be a little awkward when it comes to household life. He’s learning, though, and he has so many wonderful qualities that make him worth the patience. He is incredibly sweet, loves to snuggle, and has a playful side that comes out in some seriously impressive zoomies! Give him a collection of toys and he’ll happily entertain himself with just about anything. Max does well with other dogs when introductions are slow, thoughtful, and appropriate. He is also still working on his potty training as he adjusts to life indoors. Max will be receiving professional on-leash training, giving his new family a great foundation to continue building on. He may need a little patience as he learns the ropes of being a house dog, but underneath it all is a loving, playful boy who really just wants to feel safe and loved.
