Story
Louie is a 15 lb perfect companion. He is happy and full of life. He loves to curl-up next to you on the couch and jumps for joy when you walk with him around the house. He gets along with my three dogs and two cats. I've had visitors to my home, and he greats them without barking. He will let you know when it's time to go outside or when he wants attention by letting out what sounds like a bird chirp. Sometimes, the chirp will get louder if you don't respond to him. Due to his heart condition and collapsed trachea, he will rest during the day and take short walks. He loves going for walks to see the sights, sounds, and smells. Louie coughs occasionally due to his collapsed trachea, but it's nothing to worry about. String Bean entered Bonita Shelter as an emaciated, matted stray who struggled to take a few steps when he stood. After he wasn't claimed, we welcomed him as a Frosted Face on January 6th. String Bean is estimated to be 12 years old and weighs 56 lbs. Despite all he's been through, he is a sweet, friendly boy. We will add more information about String Bean as he settles in. However the energy of the Pug is much calmer than the energy of the Beagles. Juna is so great with kids, and other dogs - and cats as well - She will need to have another dog companion for her to be the best she can be. Therefore, a 2nd dog is a must to adopt Juna.
